DO NOT STAY HERE: Old facilities Cleaners do not respect the DND label on the door No hot water on the first night No sleep on the second night because of a party that was being thrown officially in one of the halls just below our bedroom Staff is there only for your money, when we complained about the noise they lied that they cannot hear it, then they said it will end in a few minutes and it did stop only at 1 am If you want to pay and have no sleep - this is your place, otherwise - DO NOT STAY HERE

It's a nice hotel in the center of the village. There's a very good restaurant on the ground floor and a spa center on the fourth floor of the building. I lived on the third floor, the problem was in the room, the ceiling was damp and there was a big black mold spot in the corner (around 20 cm x 50 cm). I needed the room just for sleeping, 3 nights so I preferred not to argue. The restaurant and the spa rescued an impression. The restaurant is really good. The owner is a devoted guy and like his business. But I strongly do not recommend to stay in the hotel. Unless they improve the room ventilation and remove the mold.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Alle Mitarbeitenden sind äusserst dienstleistungsorientiert und lassen einen sich als etwas Besonderes fühlen. Die Zimmer waren sauber und sind zweckmässig eingerichtet. Wir haben gut geschlafen. In der Nach wurde ab und zu laut auf den Strassen referiert. Doch das hat uns nicht gestört. Obwohl das Hotel direkt an der Strasse liegt, war es um diese Jahreszeit nicht all zu laut. Kein Motorrad lärm. :-). Das Essen war gut. Zum Frühstück gab es richtig gutes Brot. Das Buffet angepasst an die Hotelkategorie. Alles in allem haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wir werden bei Gelegenheit dieses Hotel wieder besuchen.

Una buonissima struttura, che fa di servizio e contatti umani un suo plus; il ristorante, la colazione e lo staff sono di altissimo livello, così come il comfort dell'area wellness inclusa nel prezzo. A riguardo, però, sarebbe stato decisamente consono avvertirci dell'indisponibilità della vasca idromassaggio: avevamo pianificato la nostra visita espressamente per un giorno di relax completo, e questo ha in qualche modo reso zoppo il nostro piano.

La Stanzan ha tutto ciò che serve . Il ristorante è eccellente

Schöne Lage direkt hinter einer Kirche. Parkplätze entlang der Straße. Inhaber sowie ein Teil des Personals spricht deutsch. Alle sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer Standard mit Balkon in Blick auf die Kirche. Das Zimmer insgesamt älter aber sehr sauber. Nur das Bett… die Matratze ist sehr hart und teilweise durchgelegen. Abendessen sehr gut, tolle Speisekarte, auch vegetarische Gerichte. Sehr Hundefreundlich. Das einzige minus gibt es von uns tatsächlich für das Bett.

Si sta sempre bene al Sassella e ci si coccola con un giro alla SPA. Personale sempre gentilissimo.

Rumore della festa fino alle 3 di notte e alle 7 suonano le campane….

Se ritorno qui sicuramente sarà la mia prima scelta. Benissimo sotto tutti i punti di vista sia ristorante che pernotto

Soddistatto, hotel da 3 stelle S ma posso dire che ne vale 4. Spa di recente costruzione senza limiti di orario dalle 15 alle 22. Ristorante con piatti tipici del luogo con prezzi giusti. Accoglienza famigliare.

Ottima struttura con un’ampia offerta di servizi, personale estremamente gentile ed efficiente

Non è la prima volta che soggiorno al Sassella, la SPA è un gran punto di forza. Stavolta non posso dare 5 stelle perché la camera con vista muro e con un rumore di sottofondo (sembrava una pompa di calore) non sono il massimo.

Staff molto gentile e premuroso, hotel ben attrezzato e colazione variegata. Ottimo il ristorante al primo piano.
