The rooms are large with a kitchen, but the furnishings are a bit tired. The first room we were given smelled of mold, but the staff were very good and gave us another room which was fine. There are lots of restaurants in the area and the hotel is near to the metro. Taxis are also very easy to find in the area.

Wonderful place to stay. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and safe and I was really able to rest after a long trip. Check out was a breeze! Everyone was so helpful. It was like staying with close family!

Great stay always

If you're looking for accommodation that allows you the comfort of an apartment at an affordable cost, this is the place for you. The staff members were helpful and attentive, and the rooms were nicely maintained. While there was no breakfast services, there are many restaurants and cafes nearby, as well as a private kitchen. Would stay again!

I like the fact that the property was close to other businesses and also coming back to our room the beds were always made that was the only good thing we experienced there. However, I think the reception service was poor, we were just handed a key and told the room number. The bathroom ( shower compartment) for our room was really dirty to the end of our stay it’s not clean ( you could have seen all dirty old soap scrums from years, the shower door was cloudy and again mold to the end of the shower door, when you close the bathroom door you can see molds,I tried cleaning it at one point). I would not recommend this place nor would I stay at this hotel again

The area is good with lots of choices for dining. Our room was a little noisy because we were next to all the air conditioner condensers. It was nice to have a fridge and microwave and places to sit.

The building is nice and looks clean, lobby is cozy and the front desk staff is so courteous, helpful, pleasant. The pool area is very clean and relaxing. However, the bed linens are not nice also found a strand of hair on sheet and we saw two cockroaches roaming around the room. Hotel should SPRAY or put some treatment around the rooms. Otherwise the room is very nice with a functional kitchen. The hotel is a lovely, friendly place close to everything (grocery stores, pharmacy, discount stores, restaurants, laundromat). Love the area it’s so convenient.

Over all it was nice

Clean room, kind staff who spoke both English and Spanish, nice toiletries. Good value for the price. Walking distance from the Iglesia del Carmen Metro

The hotel was great value - especially appreciated the secure parking and the rooftop pool!! The kitchen was *sparsely equipped* but good for a few days. Cheap uber to main sites.

Great staff. Drapes and other window treatments in need of repair and/or change. Furniture in the room could use some upgrading, especially the bed pillows.

Ok if you are a traveller you will appreciate this Hotel if you are looking for all the right facilities at an amazing price. If you are a 5 star snob this is not your place nor is it priced that way. We had an amazing, comfortable and delightful stay. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. The rooms are huge with a small kitchenette and dining table a pull out couch and very efficient A/C. Super clean. You are located close to the subway and taxis are easy to hail. Theirs a muni plex restaurant right next door and the food is outstanding. There are many shops close by including phone and grocery shops. This has are somewhat pricy as the USD is tied to the local currency. But you can accommodate any budget. The room has a full fridge,stove,microwave and coffee maker. There are some dishes and pots (enough to get by). We made coffee and took it up to the roof top pool each morning. The roof top pool is fabulous and clean. Some loungers and table and chair sets are available as well.

I liked the location of the hotel. It's nearest to many restaurants. The staff was very warm and personable, and always willing to help whenever I had a question about an area, an event, or any other matter. On one internet site, it stated that the hotel stay includes breakfast, but that is not the case. However, the hotel room has full kitchen amenities which allowed me to buy and cook my own breakfast if I chose to do so. The hotel is not as upscale with newer furnishings as you might find in some other hotels, but it is comfortable and a good value for the money.

For the money spent it's tough to beat

Convenient, Walkable, Safe, close to shopping area and restaurants.

I had trouble with the flush toilet. They did fix it & then it developed another problem. I requested, received & paid for a late check-out of 4:00. Then they called my room at 2:00 to ask if I was ready to check-out. They were very kind in that they called Ubers for me as the drivers did not recognize my location when I did the uber request myself.
