The hotel is fine, but lots of work going on in the original bus station.. The only negative was mattress was too soft, and only felt firm because of the wood base. Hot breakfast limited if you don't/can't eat pork sausages and bacon

Reception at check in wasn’t great. And the surrounding area is run down and we weren’t told in advance that the carpark was closed.

The beds

Just seal at bottom of shower door needs replacing.

Reception stay welcoming & helpful.

There was no Shower gel in bathroom. There was no dental kit. Room service basically just fixed the duvet on top of the bed without fixing the bedsheet. No AC remote. Coffee mug from last night was just kept as it is.

Super value for money. Everything clean, breakfast well run and all staff very nice.

Roadworks outside make finding the hotel a nightmare. No car park at the hotel - use the nearby NCP one. No discount on the parking fees

Under repair and no parking not good had to find own park ( which holiday inn should pay for as there carpark closed

Hotel was great, high standard and service. Only issue was outside had scaffolding around the building and the car park was out of service. Would recommend.

I was expecting free parking

Central hotel, friendly staff, decent rooms and a great breakfast.

Would have been good to know we couldn’t park on site before arriving. Lots of roadworks next to hotel and gas to park in multi story car park next door at cost of £13 for 2 nights
