The hotel is super nice and the location is very good. I would rate the breakfast EXCELLENT. I would be nice if the staff know more English but we were able to communicate via google translate.

The property is clean and the staff is very friendly. One thing I didn't like is that they don't offer late check out. I was told I would have to pay for a full night. But they do offer luggage keeping. I would stay again.

Overall, we were very pleased with our stay which extended over a full seven days in late May. It a very nice small hotel (about 12 rooms) and is well-located, recently renovated and clean. The staff was excellent and the full breakfasts were tasty and satisfying. Our room was on the smaller side and upstairs at the back of the hotel. As there is no air-conditioning and limited air flow, we had a couple of nights where the room was uncomfortably hot. When the weather cooled, it was better though. We did have a chance to see other rooms during our stay and they were much more spacious and we’ll-appointed. I would recommend choosing a room with a window at the front of the hotel if possible if your stay is during the hot, humid season. As for the bed, my wife found it too firm, although I was fine with it. To summarize, we would happily stay here again but would upgrade to a larger room if possible.

When I arrived at Morelia Mexico M hoteles concepto, they told me my reservation from hotels.com was not valid, causing me a big problem to my family we didn’t have a place to stay in the middle of the night, in a unknown city it was a nightmare, had to found another hotel to stay

Aside from the spiral staircase I had to navigate with a suitcase filled with equipment everything was awesome. The entire staff crossed over to other areas of responsibility so one is never told that's not my job. I couldn't believe such a good breakfast was free of charge! I can't wait to stay again during my next stop in Morelia.

Great service and very good location!

The hotel was closed and under construction so we were given rooms in their sister hotel across the street. Consequently the pictures didn't represent the room we were given. The staff were very helpful however, it appeared some of the rooms were being renovated and there was a constant smell of paint and plaster. Our room was microscopic and we had to move our suitcases around when we went from the bed to the bathroom. The good part was that we had a nice outside balcony. We were on the second floor with no elevator, however the staff carried our suitcases up the narrow circular staircase. The staff were helpful and the location was good.

My room had plumber problem. When flash the toilet was liking

This hotel is still finishing up renovations. The roof terrace was not open yet. The room 's only window opened onto the centre courtyard and did not have security bars. Our room was very clean with good linens and a comfortable bed. However there was an odour of wet cement which meant you had to leave the windows open. The free breakfast was very good and service was excellent. The staff was very pleasant and helpful but only spoke Spanish.
