It's a nice hotel with a good gym and pool, nice restaurants and conveniently located

Nice services, room is large. There are noise coming outside of the window(construction and restaurant) and there are no option to lock the window.

Business lounge is not for business. Only for individual. Asked to pay for my friend who stays in the same hotel, but not in club room. Hotel goal is to make money, not to serve guest.

This fine hotel licated in one of the city's commercial centres. Large rooms. Very helpful and attentive staff. Usual five stars amenities provided. Adjacent to first class shopping malls.

And great location. Good food, very comfortable room. WiFi was the worst I can remember experiencing in terms of both speed and reliability of connection, including in comparison to other hotels in the PRC, as well as hotels in Cairo and Lima. Took away a star for that.

We have stayed at this Hyatt 5 times in the past 12 months only to have nothing less than excellent experiences. We highly recommend this Hyatt Regency. Others should be aware that the lap pool is also used as a family pool, therefore, choosing your time of day carefully for swimming laps may be necessary. Brian Barrick

Nice clean and quiet hotel in a nice location, a few things in the room were damaged but no problem.

Location is super good and convenient. Front staff is helpful and one staff greeting me speak Cantonese and make me feel warm. In the room, I found a message by hand written from the Hotel Management with "Nice Stay with us" I will stay at this hotel again next time when I go to Chongqing.

The hotel is excellent. Design is good. Staff are very nice. Far better than any Hyatt Regency in the US. The only problem is the bar, which has no one in it...EVER. The televisions are ugly and weren't there last time I was at the hotel. The Chinese restaurant interior design is REALLY bad. Hyatt should change this immediately. I eat in the other restaurant and order off the Chinese restaurant menu.

The Hyatt Regency Chongqing is in a new area of Chongqing. It is used by a lot of international businesses doing business in the western part of China. Everything about my stay here was great: the accommodations were well kept/up-to-date, the staff was great/responsive and the food OK. The Wifi is limited because China does not allow Google so no gmail and certain other web sights are prohibited. The hotel is about three blocks from a great shopping center and Starbucks. For the room rate, this is a good deal
