Registration counter is only at 2nd floor and I get my room at 3rd floor. Narrow staircase. Suitable for backpack only not trolley bags. The room is clean but the sink is clogged. The toilet is clogged too. However, the hotel is strategically located and close to interesting places in London.

It is a low cost accommodation, no lift and units are located at level 3 to level 6. It is difficult for luggage to shift up as the staircase is rather narrow. No proper place for storage of luggage if you arrive early. Staff not friendly, not helpful. Rooms are bad condition and small too. The common toilets cannot adjust water temperature, very hot. The wc area always no water. The worst hotel that I have ever stayed. Sorry, highly not recommended.
