The picture for my room showed we had a balcony and we did not have a balcony. The pool should be heated as the water was freezing

Hotel is ok, didn't really experience any service other than the check in/out, there was no interaction with staff not even a simple hello when walking into the establishment. The price of parking was a bit ridiculous when the grounds are large, so here is a tip, drop your bags off and ust park outside, there is space and free.

The hotel is near the centre, definitely walkable (weather permitting), however it is a little dated and wifi isnt the best, if you have a virtual meeting dont bother with a camera it will only lag. Breakfast nothing special, but it does its job. The one thing which one cant understand is that there is a massive parking lot but you have to pay for it.

We are so happy that the hotel accepts pets! All the care aboute the corona virus was amazing!

-HOTEL LOOKS... beautiful -PARKING LOT ... spacious but not included in your stay( expect to pay daily rates) - CHECK IN ..was a breeze - ROOM.. large enough and a good view to The Valley ( you may be lucky to book one with a patio with a view ) - POOL. . Great space with a spectacular view. Down side, it’s very shallow / upside , it’s heated - BREAKFAST .... THE BEST PART OF OUR STAY ( don’t pay for Café Colonial if you book a room here, it’s better and it’s included -ROOM SERVICE FOOD... not good for what was charged..expected more.. much more -CLEANING SERVICE. ... one day I even asked front desk to clean it while we were out (asked 4 times in a day ) and It still didn’t get cleaned. Had to run down myself to get towels and paper towel. Didn’t enjoy that Overall .. a good stay wasn’t for the cleaning service and room service meals.. Morning shift 1000x better than evening staff. . I’d come back, but certainly would look around before, there are PLENTY of other choices.

The hotel location was excellent and next to all city ammenities. The staff were friendly and looked after us during our stay when called upon. Overall good size room, big bathroom along with a good breakfast being offered. Hotel was a perfect choice in meeting our needs during this business trip. Also had english tv channels.Building condition has dated over time however, it is well maintained.

Short holiday with family including kids with 9 years and 6 years old.

Excellent service, comfortable hotel but could do with some decoration refresh in the rooms. Very good breakfast selection, with frequent replenishing.

Second stay in this hotel in a six months period. After first time I went with my family, this turned to be the preferred hotel with kids due it's "Copa Baby" and play area. Well, this time things weren't so nice: play are had several items with some kind of problem, giving lack of interest perception. During checkin, I was being forwarded to a room very distant from Copa Baby, and I had specifically asked for it and a baby bed in Hotels reservation. The guy that was doing our checkin seemed don't care, but helpfully another person said since the hotel was not full, we could easily be changed to a nearer room. We ended probably in the nearest room from Copa Baby as well as receiving a room upgrade.

only two short blocks from a spectacular town! The rooms and public areas are spacious, and the breakfasts include everything one could want. Everything is new and in great shape. It is more elegant than I had assumed from the description.

Infelizmente percebi uma queda na qualidade do hotel em relação à minha última estadia. O atendimento e a conservação dos ambientes deixaram a desejar desta vez. Espero que o padrão volte a melhorar, pois sempre considerei o hotel uma boa opção.

Foi perfeita. Excelente café da manhã, quarto com cama maravilhosa, vista especial do Vale e academia ampla para as atividades físicas.

Hotel MUITO VELHO, fede muito a mofo os corredores, cortinas dos quartos fedem muito tb! Ar condicionado nem as paletas para direcionar o vento tem, banheiro muito velho, colchão péssimo, travesseiro pior ainda! N fiquem lá pq é péssimo. Tem um café da manhã bom e atendentes atenciosos mas não tem como Se hospedar lá, principalmente pessoas alérgicas como meu marido e minha filha. Cheiro muito forte mesmo e o mínimo q devia fazer era cancelar nossas diárias pq precisei, por saúde, trocar de hotel! Academia toda velha tb, um corte ali é tétano na certa. Precisa fechar e fazer uma reforma URGENTE

Ótima localização e café da manhã, espaço de recreação muito bom, mas o hotel como um todo carece de manutenção

Estadia decepcionante. Ficamos 1h30 esperando na fila pelo check-in. Totalmente arcaico o formato e o processo, mesmo com a boa vontade da equipe. Café da manhã não condiz com o valor do hotel. Muitas frituras e bolos prontos. Espaço kids com boa estrutura, mas o som era colocado num volume tão elevado que atordoava as crianças. Hotel muito mal gerido e ultrapassado. Não vale o valor da diária. Insatisfação!

Estacionamento tem segurança pois tem portaria, caso precise tem manobrista, logo vale o valor pago. Área infantil gratuita pros hóspedes, fui com criança e amei, tem brinquedos pra todas as idades. A piscina é incrível não cheguei a ir por falta de tempo mas a vista da piscina é lindaaaaa e tem área com mesa próximo a piscina. Vista do quarto era incriveeeeeel e com sacada. Café da manhã foi muito bom. Os corredores não fedem a comida, tem um excelente sistema de exaustão pra cheiro. Quarto limpo e a limpeza é feita logo pela manhã de forma bem eficiente. Localização perfeita dá pra ir andando pro centro de boa. Em resumo hotel excelente 1000/10.
