Nice rural area. Very old creepy hotel. It’s an old defunct ski resort. But area is nice and staff we so lovely.

Very cozy and quaint. Had a very Maine like vibe and I had a very nice night stay.

Monica was so friendly and helpful!! For a budget stay the place had it all for my son and I...movies, foosball, personal kitchenette.....admittedly (gotta say) the place was remote, quirky and dated but despite any of that we felt so welcome and comfortable.... we were quite glad that we discovered it and will definitely be back!!

The people are very friendly. Nice clean rooms loved it thank you guys so much.

Not clean. No parking. Very hard to find property. Very noisy room.

20 miles from Fryeburg-North Conway. Columbus Day Weekend. Beautiful weather and foliage. Last minute travel plan. Only property within 50 miles that was not fully booked. Need I say more? The staff were very friendly.

Staff very friendly courteous. Common areas are very relax full sitting by the fire room clean and spacious. Would love to stay again someday

The area is beautiful, the management is helpful and friendly. Our room had a little kitchen, which was nice, and a great view of the forest. However, the place was pretty busy during our stay and the people above us were making a lot of noise. There were couple of issues with the room amenities, but we only stayed 1 night so didn't feel like worrying about it, and I'm sure if we asked to fix them, the owners would. Overall a nice place to stay.

Such an amazing hotel, staff was super friendly and very accommodating, lots of activities , so many options of things you could do, 10/10 recommend, I will be staying here for future vacations in Maine! Thank you for being so welcoming!

Needed a getaway and found a gold mine. If you want a secluded getaway and enjoy the outdoors. This is the perfect place.
