Great for kids

The staff were the real gems at this hotel, they could not have offered anything more. The hotel is excellent but the staff made our holiday memorable

Nice hotel, friendly staff, outside of town with countryside feel. Good breakfast (standard basic Italian with limited hot options scrambled eggs/bacon/sausage), nice pools although outside pool not heated/very cold despite 30oC outside temperature and indoor pool too hot.. Didn’t eat at hotel resto as expensive, Binario 14 short walk outside of hotel, fantastic little restaurant, great value, food and service. Also decent Gelato place opposite hotel and a Maccy D’s for emergencies! Otherwise Piccadilly restaurant is a short drive with great menu and gin selection. Modena is 20min drive. Large supermarket with petrol station 5min drive (Conad), budget supermarket Eurospin over the road. Only real negative is need to fumigate outside pool area as received multiple inspect bites after using sunbeds for 5mins (far side of pool). Also sofa bed has a large exposed screw at head end which had to be wrapped in a towel for safety reasons!

Our booking from Expedia hasn’t been transferred into the hotel system so we had a 15 min wait before we were given a room and upgraded to a suite

Good hotel with great location if you like modena and the surrounding area nice large apartment and a very good restaurant on site

The hotel is really nice, The breakfast is excellent and the pool is enjoyable. The water temperature is excellent and the steam room was also very nice. Thumbs up. But: the beds are awful. They are so hard and uncomfortable, you can feel the inside of the mattress. Please, buy some toppers!!!

It was all fine until I went to the pool, one of the main reason I choose that hotel so my 4 years old son could swim for 30 minutes in the morning....but they told me the day of the check out it;s not included so they asked me 45 Euro...for an hotel that cost 100 per night....ridiculous. At the end the receptionist was nice and she helped us but remember this if you book it. Overall was ok.

This property is located in a pretty secluded area of Modena which means it is very quiet but also hard to access by public transportation especially on the weekends (be prepared to walk to the bus stop approximately 2 km). The property is very clean and new or newly renovated. The rooms and bathroom are very large and comfy. Also had a access to a large balcony. This facility has access to a nice pool area next door but for a place that does not allow you to bring food to the pool they do not offer anything great to eat. Luckily there is a discount grocery store across the street. I did find that this pool area like a Caribbean resort in a way. Music playing, lots of people, a little bar area. You get told where your allowed to have a free lounger which I did not appreciate at all how I was told where to sit and also it does not go un-noticed that you only give the hotel loungers in the shade which isn't very nice at all. I found that the staff at the hotel were very pleasant and helpful and the staff at the pool to be hit or miss whether they were moody and rude or not. The pool area needs work it looks sloppy and unkept, weeds growing everywhere. Water was murky. No issues with our stay at all. It was nice to get free water and toiletries everyday replenished. The restaurant next door is excellent, I did find it a little pricey but the food was delicious! Overall an excellent place to stay if you do not mind being out of the way a bit or have access to a car.

The hotel was nice but the bed and the pillows are so hard that made it difficult to sleep. All the rest was good… parking is convenient and there are some restaurants …even a McDonald’s across from the hotel.

It was fine - nice helpful girls on reception, comfy bed, nice outdoor space with the room. Pool and gym ok. Used both. My only gripe was I booked the room with kitchen facilities and it was completely bare. You had to pay extra for the contents. What a ridiculous idea….disappointing.

I should have known not to stay at this hotel from the beginning. I asked if they could provide a car service to pick up my kids and me from the train station they said no. Once I got to the train station it took about 3 hours for us to get a taxi to the hotel because we were in the middle of nowhere. Then we finally get to the hotel and the bathroom had huge ants crawling all over the bathroom vanity, sink, walls, toilet and shower. It was disgusting and when brought to the hotel staffs attention they’re solution was to have housekeeping come kill the ants. To me this was very rude and disgusting. They did nothing to try and make me feel better about my stay. I will never stay at this hotel again and do not recommend it to anyone.

Lovely short break to see Harry Styles. Hotel pool and restaurant were a lovely surprise and the people on reception were always very helpful and friendly.
