Lovely hotel, will certainly stay in Renaissance hotel more in the future and especially if I’m in Shanghai

Very good buffet and all the stuff are friendly.

Rooms are Good for the price. But swimming pool is not fun. Has to wear a cap.

Excellent custoner service, modern and comfortable rooms, controlled temp indoor pool and clean changing room; perfect for kids, delicious variety of food from restos and free breakast. My family super enjoyed our stay here more, best among the other 2 hotels we checked in later.

Very nice hotel. Albeit truly a business hotel in a business section of Shanghai. Great rooms and friendly staff. Literally the best breakfast buffet I have ever had. This buffet beats the Mandalay Bay in Vegas and even the Waldorf in Shanghai as well several others I’ve been to.

Staff was overly friendly and helpful from every aspect of the stay. Room was clean and very comfortable.

Overall, the hotel is excellent.

There is no much choices around the area. It takes aroynd 25 mins to Hong Qiao Airport will not gave any traffic jam. If your work is around Hing Qiao area then it's a good choice.

Hotel staff is fine but hardly anyone speaks english. The rooms and the hotel in general is getting tad old with furnishings run down and needs improvement. Rooms are bit small. When i checked in they didn't even had a courtesy to send some to my room with my bag to direct me to the room and other amenities and information. The food is fine but the options for vegetarians are very very less. In the entire buffet dinner range the only thing vegetarian was salad and pasta. others had either seafood or eggs. Towels provided to me had stain and the air conditioning was poor, which was switching off the cooling again and again. I only received a patient hearing and an apology. Wish i could get my refund. I dot think it deserves a 5 star rating and leave alone a Marriott group tag. Didn't expect such experience from this hotel chain.

This is a very clean and modern hotel with very high ceiling. Room is quite clean with lot of accessories. Some hotel staff speaks good English, but some staff cannot. Hotel lobby looks very grand and pleasing. Bathroom in room also quite clean and well maintained. This hotel is not close to too many facilities and restaurants. It is quite a distance to walk to the closest subway station (more than 10 mins). This hotel is about RMB40 by taxi to Hongqiao Airport when there is no traffic jam. Overall, I still recommend this hotel.

Overall it was good. Friendly staff, well cleaned room. Kind staff of restaurant. Reasonable price of buffet dinner. All things great except nothing around the hotel; but taxi was convenient for my family, not much bothered from it.

Check-in was smooth. Room was clean and bright. WIFI was free, accessible throughout the hotel, including the lift, but speed can be improved. There was not a lot of shopping around the hotel, but a train station is within a 10 min walking distance. It will be great if free shuttle service can be provided to fetch guests to the hotel.

I love staying at the Renaissance Caohejing Hotel. The staff is always friendly, the facility extremely clean and there is a copious amount of delicious food to chose for breakfast.

I was there on Business and had a weekend layover and decided to take a tour. The Concierge staff did not speak English well and we had some miscommunications regarding my tour. However, when I expressed my displeasure and frustration with the hotel manager he apologetic and quick to "make it right".
