The room was Nice and the staff were great. It's Just the location is far in the small alleys which accessible from 6-8 PM. After that they close the alley gate so you have to make a further walk to reach this hotel from bts

Really bad hotel staff. reject to check in by mistake booking extra person.

The staff is good, but the room is not ok. Slightly narrow, change 2 rooms because the air conditioner is not cold.

The hotel is beautiful, but the location is quite hard to find, but the staff are lovely.

The bathroom did not catch the water, flooded the TV room with a few channels.
