Bath room sink leaking, no tea bgs

Perfectly located for travelling, local shop nearby if you want to pop out for snacks. Great breakfast

We were arriving late at night after a flight into Luton. The desk manager was friendly and cheerful which made the arrival and check-in so much nicer. We just barely made it in time to order food, but the person on the menu desk was equally cheery. After so many "check yourself in" stays in other places, the warm welcome was very much appreciated.

Overnight business stay for airport. Hotel is just an overnight stop off for airport and it shows, decor has been used and abused, rooms starting to look tired as well as lobby /lift areas. Breakfast was canteen style help yourself but was tasty. Perfectly adequate just not as good as usual Hampton inns at non airport locations which as usually excellent.

Stayed the night before catching a flight home early the next day. Check in went very quick. Had dinner in the restaurant which was good. Check out following morning two female staff were at the desk with a car hire man asking where he could drop the car off. One was helping him while the other was typing on the computer. No recognition of my presence - no good morning, just a moment or anything. Waited about 3 minutes then s young man arrived at the desk and both ladies left. The man asked if I was checking out and I replied yes while handing my key card. He checked me out and offered a receipt, but no one ever asked how my stay was. First time that has ever happened.

Good convenient hotel

We checked in and there was no parking available. We went to our room which smelt a cross between drains and vommit. The bed made so much noise as was creaking and felt uncomfortable

Liked that it was near the airport train station have used the hotel last month will use again

It was a quick one night stay to leave from Luton. It was convenient for that reason.

Stayed overnight for one night at the beginning of a two week holiday and one night at the end and left our car there for two weeks. Really comfortable beds, excellent staff, lovely quiet hotel. Really close to Luton Airport. Will definitely use again.

We come here quite regularly. Staff are getting to know us. The staff are frienly. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The meals are really good. Location is brilliant. Cant fault the hotel
