This property is located at the beginning (or end) of the Cinta Costera. A walkway that goes around the bay to downtown. If you like to walk, there is about a 2 mile walk to Casco Viejo. This is our second time at this hotel. The rooms have a gorgeous view of the bay. The breakfast is out of this world, with so many choices from local and international cuisines, fresh fruit, delicious fruit juices and a lovely lady that prepares omelettes. We were lucky that we stay here on a weekend. Fridays and Saturdays they have events. This Saturday we caught a presentation by a folk ballet along with big TVs where they showed the World Cup soccer games and great food. We are definitely planning to come back!!

The hotel has a perfect location within the city and the bay. The rooms are well appointed and amenities are nice. The room cleaning staff is truly very detailed. The front desk staff is excellent, specially José, who is engaging and very knowledgeable and courteous. Only problem is that the restaurant staff is not properly trained and cannot seem to get it right when it comes to settling the bill. The restaurant seems to be leased out and its point of sale system not connected to the front desk. Additionally the server gave our order to another table and as a result mine never came. Eventually l, upon my asking about my food, it was discovered that it was given to some other table. This was done when there were only two tables during midafternoon. The convenience store right outside has a varied number of food and bottled water and the owner is a very friendly and gave us great insights into the city and places to visit, and that was nice.

The location is perfect and the hotel is well maintained. The breakfast is delicious and good variety of dishes. The food in the restaurant is good and prices are fair. The staff is very polite and helpful. I really recommended this hotel.

The staff was very nice, great breakfast options, Kareoke on Saturday's night, sport bar to watch the World Cup. I really had such a nice stay despite being for so short time in Panamá.

I would rate this hotel 4 out of 5, as it was much better than the hotel I stayed at in April. It is centrally located near restaurants and shops, beautifully designed, clean, and offers several amenities, including a gym, spa, salon, souvenir shops, children’s play area, and separate pool sections for adults and children. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of food, and housekeeping cleaned the room and replaced towels daily. My only negative experience was on the final night, when my daughter and I waited more than 30 minutes in the restaurant without being attended to. I felt overlooked and uncomfortable, so I returned to my room and ordered dinner there. The hotel should improve its restaurant service and ensure all guests are treated equally, but overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it.

I am from Guyana and I speak English atleast one staff should be train to speak fluent English language.

The hotel was in a great location. The view from our room was breathtaking. The staff was friendly but it was difficult to communicate sometimes due to the language barrier. Would recommend to others

Breakfast buffet is very impressive. Rooms are clean, bathroom could offer large shampoo, conditioner and soap. Bar service was good and had excellent prices.

The hotel is walking distance to restaurant and fastfood and few mile ride to sightseeing places like cusco Viejo and Panama canal

It was a great experience overall. Staff needs to be a bit more friendlier but over good.

Great breakfasts buffet with plenty options. Rooms spacious. The sound proofing in my room was really bad, it felt the noise from cars and AC from outside were inside. Loved the motorized blinds. Staff attentive.

I love this hotel and try to stay every time I am in Panama city. I love the cozy feeling, great staff, espectacular views from the bay size rooms and beautiful view during the breakfast

Excellent location, big rooms with comfortable beds. The view from our room was incredible. The hotel is centrally located. The breakfast buffet was incredible. I will definitely stay there again when visiting Panama!
