The hotel, the staff, the cleanliness and decor are all near perfect. It was a great stay! The location is a bit out of the way though but for the price and quality, I didn't mind the extra 20 minutes drive each day.

Dejé mi arete y bajé a mi evento y cuando volví porque se me cayó ahí ya no lo encontré y cuando subí en la madrugada a buscarlo ya habían hecho servicio de cuarto y nunca lo encontré el hotel jamás me lo regresó

This hotel is amazing, starting from the special guest services, all staff were fantastic, very friendly, professional, courteous, always going beyond their way to help out with every aspect of our stay. Also, I highly recommend and encourage to get a package at the spa! Their Feel Urban Spa is a must if you stay at this hotel! Carnivore restaurant, delicious and the proximity of Paseo Arcos Bosques is so convenient since you have amazing restaurants and stores right there just steps up the stairs from the hotel. Highly recommended! ❤️

Very clean rooms with great service.

Service is top notch, impecable! Property was very conveniently located to the event I was attending, so moving around was easy. Transportation is easily available. Would stay here again!

Best hotel in the area

Friendly staff, clean and nice rooms, safe and quiet. 10/10!

The hotel is really nice with access to a shopping center several good restaurant and shops without the need to walk In the street. The hotel is clean, service is exceptional the rooms are spacious. If you want to venture to the city ask the concierge, they can arrange a very professional driver in a un marked car . A most in a city so heavy populated as Mexico City . The hotel is pretty secured as well.
