Chambre sur la partie hôtel correcte... J'ai découvert une partie résidence avec chambre et là nettement moins bien...

Tout était parfait un grand merci à l’équipe du vendredi soir qui m’a aidé à organiser la soirée surprise Halloween pour mes enfants et à les faire rêver. C’est toujours un plaisir de vous retrouver à chaque étape de notre vie

Reception were unhelpful at times, had continuous issues with keycard and not being able to get in the room. Toilet being downstairs in duplex apartment was an issue at night. Hotel menu was very limited, only 4 choices for starters, mains & deserts and it didn’t change all week. Also food cooked in peanut oil and couldn’t guarantee or change any meals to make them nut free, two of our party have nut allergies, so couldn’t eat there. Hotel is a good 7 minutes drive or 25 minute walk from the town and restaurants. Bar shut a 9:00pm on the Friday night for no apparent reason, so couldn’t get a drink on returning from our meal, though restaurant was still open and accepting guests. Staff keen to put bar drinks on room bill, with no receipt given, so now way to check on how many drinks purchased or number of rounds bought. Limited seating space in the bar area, two x two seater settees and four armchairs otherwise sat at high tables on wicker chairs. Swimming pool was saltwater with chlorine in it which caused one of our party to have an allergic skin reaction out of nowhere, no notice to say “saltwater” pool. No hotel information book in rooms detailing, mealtimes, pool opening times, use of induction hob, services provided by hotel in English or French. Bedroom lights on headboard situated, so that with a double bed, one person could not sit up in bed. Never found that room in the picture. Suffice to say, we will not be staying there again and would not recommend the hotel.

Situé près d un golf au bord de l eau, l endroit est très sympathique et tranquille Nous avons profité du centre de thalassothérapie et de la piscine extérieure La terrasse du studio est un peu petite pour 4 petsonnes mais la literie est de qualité La kitchenette permet de préparer les petits déjeuners et repas Cafetière et bouilloire font partie des équipements Les appartements et chambres sont bien insonorisés et nous avons pu pleinement profiter de notre séjour La mer est très proche en voiture ainsi que diverses activités mini golf explora parc De belles pistes cyclables sécurisées permettent de belles balades Nous recommandons cet hébergement qui à également beaucoup plu à nos petits enfants Le personnel de l hotel est du spa etait attentionné et à l écoute Bref un très bon séjour

Ce fut un grand plaisir de séjourner à la résidence de valdys L’accueil est agréable et les services proposés nombreux. Venez vous ne regretterez jamais. Moi j’y retournerai dès que possible.

we loved the area with an easy access to the beach. The city is also near by so you can chose your daily activities within a reach. Unfortunately, there is no AC in the rooms so we slept with the windows open and was woken up daily between 4.30am and 6am by the staff pushing laundry trolleys outside. The reception hasn't offer a solution i.e. changing the room. If I come back to this hotel, I will make sure they allocate the room on the highest floor.

Nous avons passé 6 nuits en famille avec un ado séjour excellent un seul bémol sur le lit double qui est un canapé lit et non un lit véritable. La chambre était propre, joli petit balcon pour prendre un café et bien équipée en vaisselles et équipement ménager : lave vaisselle, télé, aspirateur, réfrigérateur..

Tres belle residence et personnel au top, merci beaucoup pour des vacances memorables en famille. Tres bel espace thalasso

Les logements de la résidence ont besoin d'être refaits. C'est propre mais pas très agréable d'y séjourner. A l'arrivée, il semble impératif d'attendre 16 h pour avoir le logement. Le seul intérêt est l'accès à la Thalasso et le calme du logement.

Chambre propre et confortable.avons passé un beau séjour, personnel a l écoute. Bémol les serviettes ne sont pas changées systématiquement dans les studios. Et un manque d informations touristiques et fonctionnement de la thalasso nous a manqué.

Nous venons ,une fois par mois , depuis 10 ans et c'est toujours avec un grand plaisir

C'est superbe. On y vient une fois par mois pour se régénérer

Nice apartment. 2adults in apartment for 5. Maybe a little cramped for 5, but great for me and my wife. Nice gym and only 15 minute, or so, walk to town and beach. Good breakfast.

Agréable et très confortable.par contre pas possible d'utiliser la baignoire.le bouchon gardais pas l'eau.oui pour la piscine préciser qu'il faut bonnet de bain et claquette.

Déçu par le fait que le spa soit maintenant payant. Il faut payer 2 fois pour une nuit. 8 € par personne par demi-journée ou 18€ pour la journée cela rallonge la note. J'aimais bien cette formule auparavant avec la thalasso comprise avec l'hôtel ou la résidence. Mais maintenant je ne reviendrai pas

Très bon séjour dans la résidence, nous avons apprécié le calme du lieu, le confort de la chambre et les soins du spa. Nous reviendrons

The property was only a short walk from the lovely beach.

We had booked an apartment with separate bedroom in the aparthotel. This was in poor condition. There was one large stain and many small ones on the carpet. The down stairs shower was in very poor condition , curtain was very dirty and black mould present in the shower cubicle. The bedroom has a sloping ceiling over the bed and it is very easy to bang your head on the roof if you get up in the night. Wall paper was peeling above the bed I did complain to staff about all of the above and was initially told nothing could be done as they had no other rooms available. So I checked hotel booking websites and saw they had superior rooms available in the hotel proper for the remaining 3 nights of our stay (in the same building) . When I pointed this out at reception they agreed we could move to one of their superior hotel rooms at not extra cost , this room was fine but of course no kitchen so had to pay 14 Euros each for breakfast every day ...this was not good value. On a separate note the hotel is some distance (20 minute walk) from other restaurants and attractions in St Jean de Monts . The attached spa is very good though and seems to be the main attraction here.
