Very clean, updated rooms, great breakfast. One of the nicest Best Westerns I have stayed in.

Nice hotel. Bit of a miss communication with staff. TV not working and they were changing shifts and new shift thought it was fixed. But manager came right up and got it working. Great breakfast my girls loved the fresh honeycomb. Would stay here again.

We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the Best Western plus in Layton. The beds and pillows were so comfortable and we loved the little kitchenette! The front desk personal was incredibly helpful letting us get a late checkout. We will definitely be staying at other Best Western Plus hotels on our travels. Thanks for a great experience!

Staff very helpful, room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was fabulous especially because there is a whole case of gluten free options! The grassy walking path right on the property is lovely. My main objection was the room's pervasive smell of floral-scented cleaning products. It is disturbing and no amount of airing got rid of it (and leaving the window open introduces a separate problem of loud freeway and airplane noise). This is not the best place for the smell- and noise-sensitive. The use of disposable plastic is excessive, including tiny cosmetic bottles and all utensils at that lavish breakfast. Kudos to staff, welcoming but unobtrusive --they made me feel very comfortable.

This hotel feels drab and outdated. Breakfast was not worth the elevator ride downstairs. Employees were professional and friendly.

This is a nice hotel, just nice. The breakfast was good. Everything was relatively clean except the bathroom floors were sticky, like they used too much cleaning solution, the bed was just ok.

It was all a great experience!

The room was clean and tidy. Bathroom also clean. Bed was comfortable and noise was very limited. Room was on the 3rd floor at the back side of the hotel, off the road. Breakfast was too early for us, but it smelled like bacon!!

Service was excellent at the front desk. The hotel was a little aged but in beautiful condition. I LOVED the cheese and honeycomb station at breakfast!! The only thing I did not like was the noise & talking from other rooms next door and above. I just turned on my meditation app to block it out.

Very clean room with a microwave and mini fridge. King room with 2 chairs and a desk for work. Great room!

The smell of chemicals all throughout the building is overwhelming to me. They need to have a thorough carpet and in building clean without using strong smelling chemicals and then maybe air it out for a week or two! It is hard to enjoy your stay when it smells so strongly and badly. Also there were suspicious blue dots in the waffle mix and the front desk people were often not at the desk, just a sign up.
