There werent any services for two people. I only saw one fork and plate. But it doesn’t matter very much the hotel was nice!

Large functional hotel with dated bathroom.Breakfast was varied & overall good.Plenty of parking & pet friendly with extra charge to pay per dog per night

A nice hotel. A fair price for a room. The rooms are very small. No where to place a large suitcase except on the bed if you want to open it. I’d stay here again.

Again I’ve booked accommodation in an industrial area! But the hotel is nice and clean, friendly bilingual staff. Good parking. Nothing around it food wise (or anything) so you have to go into La Louvière. I would use it again though

Easy access and exit by the nearby motorway... Located in what looks like a business park.. I was very surprised with the quality of this hotel after reading some of the negative reviews.. Personally for me as a solo traveller I just need cheap and cheerful accommodation for the evening... Well this is certainly cheap... but it's a newly refurbished hotel with clean and fresh rooms with all the facilities you need.. Even has a gym I noticed going to my room Room was ensuite.. TV.. comfortable bed.. and a small table and chair along with a clothes and shoe rack.. Reception staff friendly and welcoming.. Breakfast..was one of the best I have had from any hotel in this range.. Continental and hot bacon and eggs was available along with a selection of juices and coffee.. Got to say.. all very delicious...

Enjoyable overnight stay. Plenty of parking, staff friendly and happy to let us practice our French language, although they spoke excellent English. Rooms were bright and clean, well equipped bathroom - possibly a little small for anyone with manoeuvring problems. All in all a good experience

Great venue, limited by being on an industrial site, which was compromoised by roadwork diversions, which led to a 5km divert on leaving

Great hotel just 25 minutes drive from Charleroi airport. Hotel staff was nice and helpful! Perfect place to stay before flying out the next day.

Great location and great staff

It was ok if you need to be in that area. Nothing around for walking, but can drive to La Louviere or Nivelles. The mini-apartment was ok, just window did not close perfectly (ground floor) and mini-safe had dead batteries, which got us somewhat worried (seems like a safe area, but anyway). Good breakfast and good parking.

Ok stay. Convenient by the highway. EV charging points x 2 but didn’t work which was annoying. Breakfast was good and room clean and comfortable.

Meh, middle of nowhere place to stay. No food, cash only vending machine. Got apartment suite, quite spacious but basic. Bath looked nice until I got a closer look!
