Staff were very helpful. The room was a bit tired in terms of decor, the shower needed re siliconed and items were found under the bed from the previous occupants. A fridge in the room would have been beneficial. The weather was exceedingly hot when we were there, it would have been nice if jugs of water were left in communal areas. The “continental breakfast “ did not contain cheese or ham.

Beautiful and comfortable bed & breakfast, within easy walking distance to the train station and central Bath! My wife and I stayed one night here, and wish it had been more - it’s a really charming place.

Lovely find .very cosy . Loved the room , friendly staff , comfy bed and good breakfast , not many places have fresh fruit and natural yoghurt . Would definitely recommend this hotel

Everything was great, but breakfast was no good as not offered early enough for people here for work (breakfast from 8am)

The hotel was good. The parking was a bit difficult. Not enough spaces for rooms available and we were blocked in on morning we left.

Great staff Conveniently located for the city Felt like a home from home

It is right on the bus line 4 into town. It was hard to find the hotel sign since it is a sharp left into the parking lot. Casey was super sweet. Lovely town and highly recommended staying here.

Nice quiet hotel about a 15 minutes walk to the centre. It's downhill to the centre but if you prefer to bus it back up there's a number of buses that go in that direction. Only gripe i have is that the internet was not available for our entire stay.

Friendly staff excellent accomadation and location

We absolutely loved our stay at Oldfields House! A beautiful place inside and out. Wonderful old world decor, delightful room with a view of the lovely garden. Great breakfast too. Thank you to Katie and the staff for making us feel so welcome and at home. Thank you also for helping us with further accommodation as we needed as extra night which Katie organised for us. Easy walking distance into the town centre too. Can’t wait to stay again.

Overall we had a pleasant stay, but the parking wasn’t easy, small car park, and being told to move the car within the whites lines when the car next to us was over them, made it a tight squeeze which wasn’t ideal!

Very tight parking but we made it ok. Shame the bar shut quite so early. Another 1/2 hour would have been nice. Great breakfast.

Overall excellent stay

The staff were so friendly and helpful! Our room was comfortable and clean and breakfast was very good. Very convenient location as well. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic location, beautiful house and wonderful staff

Ideally located close to the town centre. Full of character,charm and cosiness. Delicious breakfast. Comfortable suite overlooking the garden. Can be Tetris in the carpark so arrive early! Bath is hilly so the return walk is up a gradual incline. I had no issues but there are many taxis available if you don't want to walk uphill.

Thorough introduction on arrival to property by Casey. The breakfast was perfect. Lovely choice of fruit, yogurt, cereals together with perfectly cooked breakfast. Would definitely book this venue again

Kaycee (unsure of spelling) was very helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was wonderful, worth having, and the fresh fruit was beautiful. Nice atmosphere, though the lovely classical music was cut off mid breakfast twice. Maybe after breakfast would be better time to change the music. Access to the room with the terrace was terrible; I suggest leading people across the lawn instead of past the untidy wood pile and down the rustic but uneven steps. Or through the back gate on the road instead, especially if they have large luggage. It was a great room though. Great location, lovely 15/20 minute walk to Bath centre but not much else nearby. Would recommend and stay again.

It wasn't clear to me that breakfast wasn't included in the price. That was my only disappointment. It was a really nice location. There was a bit of noise from traffic (some rooms face a kind of busy street) but they provided ear plugs.
