Welcoming staff, clean room and central location made my stay a lot more enjoyable. Thank you

The hotel was unresponsive to advance email about trip delay. Initial room was very hot and very noisy. Moved us to an inferior smaller room with smaller bed. We had booked a superior room with a large bed. Hotel manager (male) was rude. No offer to compensate us for the room difference. Other staff were friendly. We will not stay here again.

Everything is fine on my 4 days staying

The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Housekeeping kept the room spotless. The room was a little small but had everything I needed. The hotel is very conveniently located in the old section. I had a wonderful time.

The man on night shift was so lovely very helpful. The females on reception not to helpful. Room immaculately clean and left great by housekeeper. Room was so noisy, very disturbed sleep. Asked for a wake up call and reception were happy to provide this for my early flight. Location amazing, 15 min walk to beach, shops and restaurants within 100m.

Very nice hotel in Malaga’s city center. Good breakfast and friendly staff. Swimming pool and rooftop terrace.

They offered champagne that was nice. Location was great. Dusty due to renovation at the pool. Not much amenities in the room. Staff were very nice and helpful. Location was great close to major attractions.

Clean comfortable hotel close to the main centre of Malaga.

This was a perfectly situated hotel in the historic part of Malaga , walking distance to everywhere within 5 minutes. The beach was a further 10 minutes away on foot. Plenty of shops , bars and restaurants. We had two disappointments , pool was being refurbished and no access to solarium on rooftop which we had planned to use. photograph on booking shows a rooftop pool? Breakfast was plentiful and a good choice for all. It was immaculate snd clean everywhere. Rooms were quite small and very noisy but you expect that really. We enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic location as situated in the old town of Malaga so it was very easy to locate nice tapas restaurants and wine bars. Staff were very pleasant and helpful and were able to provide us with things like a kettle for our room. The buffet breakfast was varied with lots of options from fresh fruits, cereals, meats, cheese, toast and hot bacon and sausages. It was a very relaxed environment and even though we were only there one night we enjoyed out stay.

Very good hotel overall, I especially appreciated the 24 front desk as I arrived very late the first night.

Great location. Great accommodations. Paco, the receptionist who checked us in, went out of his way to provide us coffee with milk and created an excellent walking tour for us.

Clean, friendly, good location

Everything well vwry good, great location, nice staff, clean the rooms. The pool was very dirty. We payed more to have a pool but coudn't go in because looked very dirty. But overall the hotel was very good.

Hotel was perfect, very clean and comfortable little room. Fabulous pool and rooftop solarium. Perfect central location, right in the beautiful old town. Staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming (especially a male staff member who was working reception on August 6th 7th!) Thank you! Only thing to note is that due to the hotels location being so central, the noise on the street outside was very loud all night so I didn’t sleep very well (through no fault of the hotel) - Our room was number 208 right by the street so I might recommend asking for a different room that may be quieter!
