We were driving, so parking was free and easy. Juno Beach was reason for visit and it's walking distance from hotel. Go to sleep with sound of waves, very peaceful. And food, supplies all within easy walk. Beach has promenade to walk on.

The part of the hotel that we stayed in set back from the road and was very private with safe and ample parking. The beach was across the street down a path. Restaurants were minutes away by foot and there were many to choose from.My only complaint was (typical of European Hotels) the room was small but that really didn’t matter as we were touring all day. Great place to stay.

The room we booked is advertised as a "double room, garden view, annex building" but unfortunately there are no windows and only a door to a tiny balcony for natural light - not much of a garden view. The room is crowded and it is virtually impossible to navigate around the bed and furniture. How a family of 4 would survive in these rooms is beyond me as there are only beds - no chairs. The rooms are stuffy and lack air circulation and the bathroom while very modern is tiny. Additionally, the lights are simply ceiling and wall spotlights which are blinding. The only other lights are two tiny reading lights on flexible stems on the headboard of the bed that barely illuminate anything so its either 10,000 watts of light or pitch black Really poorly thought out. I would bet the designer of that room has never slept in a hotel for any length of time.

I booked 1 night thinking I’d be right next to the beach. Garden view is actually a separate cottage 300m 2 blocks away. Everything seems very recent and well renovated, very comfortable. I would not hesitate to go back however, it would be nice to know that the actual hotel location is not like on the map. I had dinner at the restaurant which is in the main building by the beach. It was quite good but service was a bit long and food was a bit pricey.

Property is fine and near check in location. Picked this place for the parking option but after 5pm there were no spaces left and had to move car from street parking to the restaurant after they closed.

The location was lovely and are glad we made the trip. The bathroom was not cleaned when we arrived and there was very little airflow into the room which made it uncomfortable to be inside. The service when we areived was good as was the staff that worked in the restaurant.

Many local folks and tourists seem to come to this hotel for dinner. I recommend it for dinner too, excellent food. The location is right on the beach. The only inconvenience is access to certain rooms, which has to be through the restaurant, which is really weird, especially when I had to take my dog out and had to squeeze between the tables. Recommended otherwise.

You need to know where the rooms are; on the map, it looks right on the beach, and the rooms have sea views. However, when they say “Côté jardin”, it’s another building, a few doors down and across the street. If you get a room on the second floor, there is no elevator so be aware. These are just practical tips, don’t let it scare you away. The place was great, still mere metres from the beach, very clean, the breakfast was nice, the staff is excellent. Make sure to try their restaurant, it is great. We had a family room, with twin beds in a loft, which the kids loved. It’s a nice walk to the Juno Beach centre, which every Canadian has to see once. In the morning there is a fish market, giving you a local vibe.

Key pickup was a bit confusing. Some television channels in other languages would be nice for foreign visitors.
