It was excellent, the best hotel we ever booked on Orbitz.

It is really nice Hotel at very convenint place. The Service is very good and personnel is very supportive.

Great hotel at a great location, just in the middle of the busy shopping district. However, hotels.com service was poor, response was slow and very disappointing.

My one and only complaint during my stay was getting the air con fixed in my room. I had a room change once but the problem prevails. The thermostat just don't seem to be working. I had to make sure I am somewhere else for the day otherwise I will be sweating in my room. The worst was 2 technicians coming to my room admitting the problem with the reception doing nothing.

It's value for money hotel

已經入住幾次，房間整潔、員工服務態度良好。 酒店位置方便，住客生日時入住酒店主動免費奉上生日蛋糕。有恆溫泳池，冬天也可以游泳，健身室也可以深夜使用。

外国人向けとしては地域での一番と思います。 レストランが館内に少ないので１Fのレストラン以外は外食するしかないのが不便。

网上预定时已扣了Visa card. 但之后上网才知道在check out 离开了酒店约15min该酒店又多扣一天房费。起初员工还不承认，直到提供银行单才承认有问题. 酒店正在办理退款

We booked for 4 nights. On the first night, the air conditioner cannot be adjusted and the room temperature was 26 degrees and so we did not sleep well. Next morning the hotel tried to change room for us but the temperature on other rooms were the same. Might be the system problem.
