A great hotel, I recommend it highly. The staff were really helpful to me, especially Suleyman, the front office manager. He gave me all kinds of tips, made reservations for me, and even walked me to a restaurant to make sure I could find it. There's a nice pool downstairs, along with a hammam, and a good restaurant on the top floor with big windows so you can look out at the city while you eat. The hotel is centrally located, with many restaurants and coffee shops in the vicinity.

Mr yilmaz and Emin were perfect and very nice people I Enjoyed very much our stay here.

We had a flawless one-night stay at Elite World Van. The hotel is elegant, spotless, and luxurious, with a spacious, modern, and very comfortable room—great bed and excellent sleep. Special thanks to Eren and Emir, who were incredibly helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Their warm hospitality really stood out. Convenient location, impressive facilities, and top-notch 5-star service. We’d happily return and highly recommend it!

Perfect place to stay if you are planning to go to Van

The staff were nice and tried their best to accommodate our needs although English can be an issue. The room wasn't very clean and I ended up doing some clean-up. The shower drain was also slow. For some reason they only accept cash for security deposit, so have some with you.

The hotel service was poor — there wasn’t even any tissue in the room. The breakfast staff were very disorganized and inexperienced, and the tables were not cleaned during breakfast. Overall, the hotel felt more like a 4-star rather than a 5-star.

Great hotel

A Hotel staff without knocking opened my hotel door at 10:30 am while I was naked in the bathroom and didn’t even apologize but kept asking me when I’m checking out. Instead of closing the door immediately and apologizing the man asked if I was checking out today or staying another night. What type of training do these people get???? Definitely the worst I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. I complained to the front desk when I did check out an hour later with my tour group and I got free coffee out of it. Yay. Sooo stupid!
