Reception personnel seems to be always overloaded and they pay little or not attention to guests. They do not know how to treat guests they are mostly rude and unpolite, they do not give information they give instructions and orders. I tried to buy something in their gift shop nobody was there available for 2 days. For checking in, after a long waiting without paying attention to me they told me to come back later because there were no clean rooms available, when I returned they had a room but it was not the type of room I had booked so they wanted me to go away again and return later. 2 days in a row I asked for pillows and never got them. They reserved a driver for me to make a tour but next day the driver was not there and nobody knew who they called or what to do. I wanted to make changes to my reservation and they told me to do it through my travel agency so I called the agency when the agency tried to contact them they said nobody was there to make any decision until next day, when I check out, next day, still nobody was there to make decisions.......
