Was here for 5 nights. Hotel is nicely located, less than 5 minutes walk to train station, convenience store & lots of restaurants nearby. Room was clean albeit small in size. Overall it was a good stay.

I really love to spend 8 nights at Sotetsu Fresa Inn, definitely gonna stay there again when I visit Japan later ❤️. The staff are informative and their facilities are top notch 👍🏻, only 1 minute walk to the train station, also near to Family Mart (in case you're hungry in the middle of the night).

The hotel is located at a convenient location just near the station exit. Staffs are helpful and able to attend to our questions asked in English. The rooms are decent, pretty clean and has all the essential items provided. (Plus point: They have own laundry room for us to wash our clothes).

The location is close to the subway, drug store, convenience store, Yoshinoya, fruit shop, izakaya, the price is quite expensive> 1000 yen / menu, ramen rest and buckwheat for <1000 yen, rest sandwich and onigiri for <500 yen. The hotel has a coin laundry 300 yen in one wash with a dryer 100 yen in one turn so there is no need to bring a lot of clothes

Very close to kayabacho subway station, clean, staff was very helpful but no bottle water for free in the room

It was a pleasant stay. The room we were staying was small but it got all the amenities we need. The bed was comfy and clean, the bathroom was super clean. Location was near to a big convenience store, near to kayabacho subway station, and several food and beverage retails. Really recommended, would love to stay again when I visit Toyko area next time.

The accommodation is exactly as described, super comfy bed, decent breakfast and near Tokyo Metro station. Complete amenities, you just have to bring your suitcase they provide all other things, good for budget traveler. Another plus point is smooth check in and check out process using machine.

The location is close to the metro, the staff is friendly, there are lockers, leaving luggage, breakfast is simple but it's ok. Small and clean rooms like hotels in Japan in general. The price is very friendly. Pretty recommended.

The hotel location is very strategic, only 10 minutes to Tokyo Station and the bus station to Narita airport. The whole room is clean and the hotel staff is friendly.

Clean hotel, inn check system Check-out is automatic, can be done manually. There are various bath accessories that the lobby can pick up. Choose a large bed, sleep more comfortably than a small room, a small bathroom near the Subway station. But is simple If staying for several days may be a bit boring Continue to stay again

Small comfort room.. clean and I like the blanket was so warm even though there wasn't outside view from my room..just have simple breakfast.. Hotel near metro kayabacho station.. All around is office centre..so I cant find many market there. 1 km to go Tokyo station
