Wonderful staff - breakfast buffet had lots of selection. We liked that this hotel had under 50 rooms. Great value!!

H15 is quite unique hotel. Beautifully designed, very walkable area, lots of dining options. We stayed there twice, both times very satsfied, with room, staff and general service. It is now my favorite hotel in Warsaw.

Very nice, quiet. Breakfast good but a bit expensive.

I had to wait a very long time to checkin as only one lady at checkin and there was no apology. The hotel looks run down and in addition the bar had an extension cable running to next area which anyone could have tripped over.

This is the third time I have stayed at this hotel and it is simple brilliant.

Shower wasn't draining and flooded the room. Repeated calls to reception went ignored. Equipment in the gym was broken

Staff was friendly and helpful. Location good. Furnishings fine but bit tired. Towels ok but slightly beyond their life. Breakfast very good. Excellent service by Hitesh !

Great location. Breakfast was wonderful.

Average stay, nice but not great. Bathroom was a little too small for the room and had nowhere to hang towels. We experienced a water outage that lasted until the early hours of the morning that wasn’t great at all.

Air condition was not working in the bedroom.

Luxury hotel, we had a great suite very big comfortable and well decorated. The staff is very kind and helpful. The hotel located in prime location.

The staff, service and intent is outstanding. Great location in central Warsaw. Not so great; there is construction in the area and every car, person, dog noise on the street is transmitted into the room. Suggest requesting interior courtyard room and do not take the upgrade into a Penthouse room. It sounds great in theory but you will hear every noise in downtown. The hotel can address this by introducing sound deadening in the penthouse A51A and any street facing room with this issue. Finally, please consider putting a microwave oven in every room including the penthouse.

Immaculate clean, elegant and stylish hotel. The staff is very welcoming. Had a great stay here, would definitely come back.

I was very impressed. Central location, yet very quiet. Comfortable room. Good food. Friendly and helpful staff. If I’m ever in Warsaw again I would definitely stay here
