Ideally located hotel with friendly staff. 15 min walk to the main square. Loads of restaurants and bars nearby but without making it noisy. Perfect stay for a short trip. Parking was available.

Travelling home from a relaxing few days at the Why. It's a great base to explore Lille, quiet yet within easy walking distance of the city centre. The staff were all tremendously welcoming and helpful, patiently listening to my poor attempts at French before replying in excellent English. All in all a great place to stay.. ,

Very friendly staff and very helpful we had a room for 4 adults and we loved our balcony and it was just a superb stay

Lovely hotel in a convenient location so easy to get around. Staff are all welcoming and friendly, good service, and clean rooms. Good range of choices for breakfast and lots of restaurants near by. We ate in one evening and their burger was great.

The hotel location is great, very close to the main tourist area and not too far from the Eurostar station. Room was very clean and super helpful staff. When I was there, the aircon on the sixth floor was not working, as the room faces the sun, it can get quite hot and stuffy, so we have therefore asked to move to another room. The staff was able to arrange that on the following day but the other room was also quite stuffy and it did not feel like the aircon was on. I’m not sure if it was turned off because the weather was still a bit cold but we have decided to just have the window opened. So it was a bit noisy at night on the weekend but at an acceptable level. I would still recommend for its quality and location.

The room was very comfortable. The shower was lovely. The hotel is very central to all the shopping areas, the old town and other lovely old buildings. Very pretty city.

The hotel is walking distance of everything you wantrouwt see in Lille!

Our stay was great, very comfortable and enjoyable with no issues at all. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. I particularly appreciated staff indulging my terrible French by speaking clearly and slowly to me in French to help me practice, even though they all spoke excellent English

Excellent hotel, great position for Lille centre. The staff were exceptional, real credit to the great western hotel group. Rooms were clean and very comfortble. Breakfast was amazing. Good selection of food. My mobility scooter broke down and they managed to sort out the hire of a wheelchair for while I was there. Nothing was to much for them. Definitely recommend A*
