Got in very late after a long strange trip from Bremerhaven (port city). Directions were easy...5 minute walk from Bahn station, nice neighborhood. Room was simple, but clean and well kept. Hotel was clean and well kept.

Lovely hotel, friendly courteous staff, good service, quiet. Close to grocery store, restaurant, S-bahn, park. Takes about 25 minutes to get into town on the train but worth it. Would definitely stay again.

Very modern n clean. Free parking was a bonus. Free water , one of the 2 bottles, sparkling so it was very thoughtful . Breakfast is a must n so affordable ! They even serve champagne in the weekend. Near to restaurants n subway station which is great cos to drive to Hamburg takes over half hour in good traffic.

Very nice hotel. Extremely clean and quiet. Close to the main routes and public transport.

It was a convenient trip by train into downtown Hamburg.

Single night stay to visit clients in central Hamburg. Arrived early evening and although no hotel there are a number within a couple of minutes walk. Good nights sleep, great shower and very pleasant breakfast. Added bonus for me free secure parking and WiFi.

Very nice Hotel - in unexpected good conditions. very nice breakfast and a lot of "small surprises" you would expect in a luxury Hotel.

Super Zimmer,nettes Personal.Tiefgarage vorhanden.Einfach alles gut.Nur leider ist der Zutritt über einen Internet-Link meiner Meinung nach etwas nervig aber man geht mit der Zeit.

Wir haben uns wie immer sehr wohl gefühlt.

angereist und trotzdem das die Rezeption nicht mehr besetzt war, war es kein Problem einzuchecken. Frühstück war hervorragend mit vielen regionalen Produkten, Zimmer war sauber und alles was man braucht war da!
