The room is quite small. The area can be seen clearly in the photo, only a bed fits in the place. I stayed there from May 7th to May 8th 2022, the internet went down, so the wifi was super slow, it couldn't load the front page of my Youtube app (the wifi is connected but no internet). The receptionist was weird, we were supposed to check in at 12:00 pm but when my friend got there first around 4:00 pm, she called over the phone saying that our groom-to-be hadn't been cleaned, then she told my friend that Edenstar would like to give us another room. It's been 4 hours since our check-in time and our room was not available? Then during the whole stay, we were supposed to have 2 key cards and my friend asked for those keys. The receptionist told my friend in a cranky way that the remaining of the pair would be given to me when I arrived later. In the end, no key card for me because they ran out of key cards. I don't know about their technology, but like what they said, from my understanding; Any key card can open the room; Then the security is a big red flag to me. Plus, there are no services offered at the moment, no rooftop/by-the-pool bar, no massage or spa.:) we asked for the spa, and they re-directed us to the nearby hotel to use the service.:) We were not being taken care of, we feel being underestimated. Other than that we love the pool experience and the breakfast was decent.
