Excellent customer service. Initially I was not used to this no-frill place. Day 2 I begin to enjoy and experience their sustainability seriousness to protect earth. Oh! the breakfast, fantastic delicious. The staff, temp or perm were so helpful and responsible. The morning I left at 4:30am, after a week’s stay I got such friendly help with luggage and offer of hot tea. Will come back the next time if I return. I recommend. S L Lim.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the area. It has subpar breakfast, rude service, unfriendly cleaning staff and an elevator that makes a terrible noise. The place has the vibe of a halfway abandoned building, and does not feel welcoming at all. They also advertise laundry cleaning services in their description, but none are available. A generally unpleasant experience that I would not recommend to anyone.

Great helpful staff, close to tram station, quiet.

Comfortable, clean and modern accommodation with a great breakfast buffet. Huge supermarket close by. Right next to public transport - just a few stops to city centre. Perfect.

Upon checking in we booked two rooms and asked reagarding the parking. The receptionist said we could’ve said it earlier because the parking lot are all reserved. And this was not in the information before booking our rooms. But the receptionist was kind enough that there is another parking lot nearby the hotel instead of parking in the streets which he said was way more expensive. Another thing was the room we were able to check in has a smell upon entering yet my friends room has no weird smell. We have changed immediately to a new room which has still a little smell but much better than the first one. The room was descent and interiors was nice. The breakfast was good European breakfast.

ated here for work in September this year for a week and found the hotel to be really charming. It was quite a quiet hotel but handy for bus and rail connections. The staff were great and very helpful. I would definitely recommend it.

This is a really beautiful hotel with a very welcoming lobby that felt like a living room in a family home. The staff are very courteous and seem very happy to assist. The rooms are ideal for a base in Stockholm. Thought it’s outside of the city, it’s relatively easy to get in using the tram and metro. Would easily recommend this hotel.

Beakfast and the common area at night were perfect. Close to tram and bus station. Close to ICA MAXI.

Warm and friendly reception / kitchen staff. Clean , well kept room. Newish amenities Good breakfast spread No coffee facility in the room , but able int he lobby. Isolated in a business zone, only a supermarket nearby.

Good service and the people response fast. A few guys experienced that the air-condition didn't work, not sure if that was correct.

Basic but good hotel about 20 mins out of the centre of Stockholm (includes walk to the Metro). Good value for money. As its in on a business park there is little in the way of eating establishments open during the weekend, so best to eat in Stockholm before going back to the hotel. Breakfast is very good.

Good business hotel, comfortable rooms, clean. No restaurant in the hotel, but very good breakfast. There is very small gym in the basement. Good enough to reduce office stress.

I chose the hotel to be near the Friends Arena.The location was in what seemed a quiet area (I only stayed one night) the tram station is close and trams run regularly.The hotel was in my opinion everything I could ask for .I would definitely stay there again.

excellent value for money and close to rail and coach routes

For a hotel outside of central Stockholm, it was satisfactory. Room a bit small but fine, good breakfast, 2 minute walk from a huge ICA grocery store. Only negative was 180kr/night parking fee. Also no coffee facilities in room but they had it in the lobby.

There is not much to do around Solna Business Centrum at night. So do not expect to walk out the hotel to something interesting. But not far from Stockholm C by train though. Almost all restaurants are closed at night.

Great service, not in the most convenient area as there is no food available other than breakfast and the nearest restaurant is about 700m away, however there is a very good supermarket close by. Room was of a good size and clean although a double is two singles pushed together.
