They tried to overcharge the room. 150$ over the online reserved price for 2 nights. I asked the first counter staff, she couldn’t help, the following day it was a different lady and she had a terrible attitude with everyone and also couldn’t resolve the issue. So I left the hotel without the issue resolved. The hotels.com customer service staff fixed it afterwards for me.
Room was old, dusty carpet, terrible mattresses and dirty bathroom. Bring your soap and shampoo, they give mini sample sizes.
Way overpriced for a motel, definitely not an hotel.
