Checkin took forever with unfriendly staff. Bedroom was nice. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Bathroom (shower) could use an update. Pool was small and the water was a little murky..

Les chambres sont très vieillotte et décevante.

La chambre était bien, manque un peu d contrôle sur la température par contre. De plus comme il n’y a pas de ventilateur dans la salle de bain la chambre vient très humide après une douche. Le déjeuner était bon, peut manquer de variété lorsque très achalandé. Le stationnement est dans un piteux état.

C'est un bon hotel en général! Le spa et la piscine sont un plus si vous allez en famille.

They tried to overcharge the room. 150$ over the online reserved price for 2 nights. I asked the first counter staff, she couldn’t help, the following day it was a different lady and she had a terrible attitude with everyone and also couldn’t resolve the issue. So I left the hotel without the issue resolved. The hotels.com customer service staff fixed it afterwards for me. Room was old, dusty carpet, terrible mattresses and dirty bathroom. Bring your soap and shampoo, they give mini sample sizes. Way overpriced for a motel, definitely not an hotel.

Pillows are flattened, had to stack 3 to get comfort, beds firm. Room very clean and staff were great!

Everything from the dirty washroom, bad matress and really bad breakfast. For 320$ a night, I was expecting more. Not returning

Stay away ! They haven’t put a dime in this hotel in 30 years. Carpets are old, mildew in bathroom, beds good to wake up with a sore back.
