Room was great. Seating area for breakfast was not as large as needed.Seems like there were more people than there have been before when we stayed there. Kitchen staff was excellent. There were two and they were doing the work of four. My only complaint, was the beds. Like most all the hotels, they have gone to the 'hard Firm' mattresses (because they last longer). I think a pallet on the floor would be softer. My back and whole body hurt from the hard mattresses.

When we first checked into the room I first went to the restroom in our hotel room from the drive and found dead roaches they ended up giving us a new room but did not comp anything we should stayed at our usual place we go to but wanted to stay closer to family and this happened next time we will not stay here again nor recommend to others. Floors were also dirty like if they never mop the rooms just sweep but will not stay here again.

This place can not be a legitimate Hyatt hotel . Not sure how they keep that name but it’s very suspect. They over charged me and the hotel is more like a motel 6 .

The Very Best of Hotels.. It may seam to cost more but you get a lot of Freebies…. It makes this Hotel VERY Nice… And Cost is Great !!!

Good customer service

Strange mechanical sound all night. Could not sleep sounded like a fan running fast then slow. Turned off frig -helped a little -could have been from room a/c. Will think twice about staying there again.

Great stay

I like that it was easy to get to places. Many restaurants nearby, and loved the free and delicious breakfast.

Floors were dirty (in room and also throughout the hotel. Furniture was worn. The bath tub would not drain properly. Luke warm hot water that took at least five minutes to reach Luke warm once the shower faucet was turned on.

Room was clean, bathroom tile was broken and needed to be covered to ensure no one cut their foot. Breakfast every morning was delicious and the staff was very accommodating. Minimal seating made it difficult to eat in eating area.

Best place to stay in corpus hands down!

The room is huge and safe location.

Moldy grout in bathroom. Towels look dirty.

Only issue and I will get it resolved, I was charged twice. One on my debit card and my credit card got charged

The breakfast was not so good and the dryer door was broken from the laundry room for the price I was expecting better indor pool was cold

The room was really big. We had our 3 grandsons, under 12, and we had plenty of room.
