The hotel is 2 km from the city center, but the hotel has a shuttle service and bicycles for you to ride. There is a 7-Eleven near the hotel. The highlight of the hotel is the swimming pool, which is mineral water and probably doesn't have it anywhere else in Luang Prabang. Most importantly, the owner of the hotel is very lovely and friendly.

A nice place / quiet / clean / great breakfast / the staff will do anything to make you more comfortable

The receptionist, as well as other staff, was friendly, informative, and helpful. The room was clean. The toiletries consist of bath gel, soap, and shampoo; no tooth brush nor tooth paste. That's not an issue however, since I always bring my own toiletries. The WiFi was great. There's a free shuttle to the post office and the Night Market. The ambiance was tranquil with greenery in the back yard. There were several choices for breakfast, so even though the menu was more or less the same every day, it didn't bored me since I was staying less than a week and can alternate between the food for breakfast. The receptionist told me there was a free flow of tea and coffee. And guests can borrow bicycle to get around.

Pinky, mummy and everyone provided excellent service in the hotel. Felt very much like home away from the city. Very reasonable for the price we paid. Breakfast was yummy. Great stay for a great price, convenient as they have bicycles you can use and they have a shuttle to take you to the night market. Couldn't ask for more.

On backpacking trip with my guy. Clean and amazing place. Nice breakfast. The owner is so cute and helpful for our requests. We will be back again.
