The room had a weird smell (not sure if it's just old mold or cigarettes). The front desk staff were nice enough to switch us to a different room once we told them but then the key lock for the new room didnt work and took us 2 different trips back to the front desk and another trip by the staff to fix the door. The hotel seemed run down. Otherwise ok stay. Breakfast was decent

The hotel is a bit old - like the carpets the paint etc if that matters…. We didn’t mind. Great location good breakfast- nice staff clean rooms great access to a wonderful beach! It’s a big big hotel - we swam in the pool eve though the wind was howling. Simple pool it’s big but simple as far as fun things for kids to do in a pool- could have been the time of year we were there.

Well maintained facilities, close to night market and nearby scenery.

Wonderful spot and view of the see from our hotel room. The family room was big and child-welcomed. The bathroom on the other side was not so equipped for younger children. AC and an open window to the balcony was the only way to cool down the room, however, no anti-insect-web was kind of the down side. Breakfast buffet has lots of choices on Chinese-cuisine, however, we couldn´t found any simple yogurt. The staffs at the reception were friendly and helpful.

This hotel was generally a pretty awful beach resort. The beach was quite small, and the property itself is quite tired and in need of serious updates. If you're looking for a cheap getaway with the family, this will fit the bill. But do not go in expecting five star service, and or refined experience. It's a hotel that's old and is tired.

Interesting stay. A big resort with recreational activities. It is a bit dated but clean and neat. Easy to reach and travel to surrounding attractions.

Slightly faded and worn but still very comfortable and clean. Helpful and friendly staff and both the swimming pool and private beach are highlights. The only major negative is the deer enclosure, which is cruel to the animals and severely damages the hotel’s eco and sustainability credentials

Our stay was a mixed experience. The highlight was definitely the room, which was perfect for families with kids. The children's themes and ocean images created a fun and engaging atmosphere that our little ones absolutely loved. However, the breakfast was a bit disappointing. There were not many options available, and the quality of the food was not up to par with what we expected from a hotel of this caliber. Additionally, I would recommend the hotel consider catering more to non-Chinese clientele. Specifically, it would be great if they could offer more Muslim-friendly food options to accommodate guests with dietary restrictions. This would make the stay more enjoyable and inclusive for a wider range of visitors. Overall, while the room was fantastic for families, there is definitely room for improvement in terms of breakfast variety and inclusivity in the food options.

Convenient location. However, the place is quite dated. There is an amazing mall in the basement and nobody goes there. We went on a weekday so it was amazing value
