The hotel is big but the room is old, the toilet has no spray, the bike does not have a seat for children to sit

Hotel staff is good, friendly and welcoming, which is the only plus point of the hotel. Hotel rooms on the floor feel greasy, the air conditioner is not cold, the bathroom does not have hot water and is not clean. If it were me, I wouldn't go back to this hotel again

This place is very quiet and convenient

I booked memority on 3 April. When I checked in, one staff told that I was upgraded to Villa room. Honestly, I still like the room that I booked more than the room I was upgraded. The good points were private pool, the staffs were so friendly, located is on Cua Dai street and it just take you 5 m by bike and 20 by walk to town . And the bad points were the room, it had smell in the bathroom, the facilities was... little old. Thank you memority hotel for everything.

The hotel served very well, however the meal was too simple.

If I am being generous, I would say the staff was ok, food quality is so so, but the room has worst condition for a 1 star hotel. Noise isolation was non exist, we heard banging noises starting from 6AM until 11AM (good alarm). Room decoration was bad, mouldy, bathroom light and toilet was not even operating as normal. We had a pleasure of visiting mosquitoes every night (which is expected).

Satisfied with the services of the employees as well as the location of the hotel. But breakfast and hotel service needs improvement. Overall assessment is satisfied

Porters beautiful park, swimming pools clean, close to the old town. But many mosquitoes in the room, they can monitor for each bed, remember to stay in the right screen
