Exceptionally clean and friendly property.

Great hotel, staff very helpful and a nice easy dinner and in room dining menu!

Everything about this hotel was lovely and charming. From the greeting at the front door to check in to a tour of our room to drinks in the lounge - everything was done with care and kindness.

Loved the small touches in the room like a hot water bottle and a drawer with scissors, sellotape etc The staff were all great!

10/10 would stay again. The service was amazing, it was spotless, the bedding luxurious, and fantastic location! Thoughtful touches (homemade shortbread every night with turndown service, an anniversary dessert brought to us, etc) made the stay extra special. Just book it!

This hotel is a gem stone in the heart of Kensington Chelsea borough. Perfectly and peacefully nestled in the heart of all the best shopping the Westend has to offer. Whether being in town to conduct business, catching up with family or simply wanting to add some luxurious home comforts to your site seeing visit into this beautiful city - Egerton House is the perfect spot.

Hands down one of the BEST hotel experiences ever. The staff, especially MARK, was incredibly. The food was unbelievable. The afternoon tea, scones, breakfast, fish and chips at this hotel was so good. I would go back to London just to stay here again.

Great hotel and location. The staff was wonderful. A must stay.

Unfortunately, this hotel didn't live up to expectations on any front. The staff were lovely, that's the only positive. The room was tiny, and the bed not wonderfully comfortable. the room service food was really quite poor and lacked the key ingredients in the dish.

We had a wonderful time in London. Your staff was without exception perfect in every respect. Friendly and helpful, traits that don’t always coexist. We would love to return to your hotel should we visit London again.

I love the holiday decorations and friendlness of the staff.

Much enjoyed it. Great place. Fabulous location. Chic. the only thing that could be improved is that the breakfast room in the basement is rather pokey and dark. The good news is that you don’t need to go there, they can bring you breakfast in the bar area on the left as you walk in, which is far nicer!

I would like to make a few suggestions to improve on theEgerton - but wait, I have none!!! The upgrades are clearly worthy. We are, and will be, repeat guests. The Egerton is discreetly and strategically placed in a quiet, pleasant walking neighborhood but steps away from the hubbub of busy streets. The staff are without exception competent and so very pleasant. Also, your clientele have all been so nice with whom to share pleasantries. The furnishings and fixtures are modern and of the highest quality. The beds and bedding are so refreshing after a hard day of ‘museum-ing’ and shopping. A special thank you to your interior designer, whose presence and tastes are warm but as formal as we expect. Thank you thank you thank you, Tom and Pam Roadley Siesta Key, Florida USA
