The hotel and staff itself was very enjoyable. The breakfast staff and front desk were very helpful when needed. The continental breakfast was very enjoyable with a good variety of choices. Juices, fruits pastrys, dishes, sides, and coffees, made for a fantastic breakfast. There was shopping that was in walking distance that made the stay nice. The pool, sauna, and weight room was definitely an added bonus. The only critic I have about the facility was that the rooms air conditioning system was not able to keep the room at a consistent comfort zone. This made for some uncomfortable times while in the room.

I qas asking aome charges whwn I qas checking out. They say this is because services. Nevertheless,.My package was paid since my country. I didn't have to pay any charges at all for my stay. They was asking me 220.

I couldn’t make It there and even tho we paid for all cancellation I was not able to cancel because I could not get hold of the hotel for the 3 days !! That I was supposed to stay there so we could try to cancel or adjourn it.

Nice hotel with good price

Towels and linens had the brand of a Motel, with the name of a different property. In Brazil, motels are used for sexual relationships First room linens had yellow stains. Then they changed to another room. House keeping did not show up in our 2 day stay. This is at best a 3 star hotel. Rating is wrong

Service

Brasilia was a really friendly place until we got into the hotel. The staff did the bare minimum and did nothing to help us learn about the facilities and were generally incompetent. The promised VIP benefits never materialised but this seems to be a regular theme with Expedia bookings in general. The hotel is in need of investment and the staff in need of customer training. My room was cleaned once in three nights of staying and when challenged the staff advised they would get round to it. The gym was not great and was made worse when they decided to start painting it whilst hotel guests were actually using it ! My advice would be avoid at all costs.

The location is close to everything!

This is the second stay, we have had at this place. We enjoy the amenities and the convenience that it offers to the surrounding areas here. The staff is wonderful and many speak english, which is rare in Brasilia. I highly recommend it.
