Staff and service OK, strategic location, easy transportation

Location in the middle of down town.

Clean rooms with complete facilities.

Service mind is not perfect. It is not clean enouge on the pubic area.

A lot of snow the hotel didn't clear it. So it is very hard to carry the language and drop off people even car.

Well, everything except the female staff in front of Von does not allow parking. Normally, it can be parked for no more than 2-3 hours. We don't understand why it ' s not allowed to park. It ' s usually parked. The staff in front of the female font speaks and pulls the face. We don't like this.

The hotel is old and needs refurbish.

The hotel is near Odori subway, very accessible. The hotel is a bit old. There’s a free coffee or tea in the reception.

Location is great. Near to shopping street and airport bus stop. Room is clean. The only thing I hate is that they only give 1 room key.

The hotel is superb. It is very near to Tanukikoji Shopping Street, Odori Park and the streetcar stop. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. He has a good command of english, so it's very easy to ask him anything. The room and bathroom are great and comfortable. I had a perfect 2 nights stay at the hotel. Thanks!
