I really like the staff, not only enthusiastic but also thoughtful. I have been there many times but this time (August 2024) I found them to be wonderful.

Tài xế xe đón khách thái độ rất khó chịu , hay quát tháo khách Buffer ăn sáng không ăn ở nhà hàng Intercontinental mà phải qua khách sạn Holiday . Món ăn không phong phú như ở nhà hàng InterCon

Mọi thứ hoàn hảo. Cảm ơn các bạn nhà hàng đã hỗ trợ mình trong quá trình ở đây. Cảm ơn bạn Như, Ngân, Nhung, Hà bộ phận F&B đã luôn quan tâm gia đình mình khi ở đây.

The level of Grand Ho Tram is really different, the rooms, the service, the food... are all very good, I will come back if I have a chance.

Very nice, amazing, a bit crowded on weekends but very good service.

Phòng rộng, view đẹp. Sịn sò. Mình đã đi khách sạn inter của Đà Nẵng và Phú Quốc. Mỗi chổ 1 nét riêng. Siêu rộng đi mõi chân luôn. Sạch sẽ và nhân viên lịch sự. Lễ Tân vui vẻ!

Wonderful places and staffs, really enjoyed the moment staying here.

Hotel is clean, with many swimming pools for kids. Staffs are very nice, my family really enjoy during the stay here.

The hotel is suitable for couples or families on vacation, full service to enjoy everything, enthusiastic guide staff, but over time, the interior of the room is old and there is no table to sit on. Points like other places, so it is quite inconvenient to put cosmetics.

All staff are very enthusiastic and considerate.

The resort is really big and beautiful. The interior things are convenient and smart. We also love the beach and swimming pools. There’re many pools here. The sad thing is the door handle of the first room was hard to use. We had to change to another room. The hot water was not ready to use until we called the mainternance for help. The food was delicious but quite expensive for me. The staff was friendly but some were not. The location is quite far from the center. In general, this resort is ok for the tourists who need the totally relaxation with less noise/people.

Group of 59 people, book 22 rooms, 5 different booking. I was afraid to check in for a long time so I mailed a list of rooms with full name, breakfast incurred and extra bed according to each booking. But the time to the reception is as if it was not informed
