Excelente servicio y atención de todo el personal. Te reciben con una bebida refrescante y te hacen sentir muy cómodo y bienvenido. Las habitaciones también son muy cómodas.

Staff was extremely nice/helpful & our room was very clean. The pool was underwhelming compared to the pictures. Didn’t look as fancy as the pictures made it & although the setup is nice, the water wasn’t very clean and there were also crows/birds that would take breaks on the edge of the pool to sip water. It wasn’t a dealbreaker for our trip. We only wanted to use it because we arrived early before the check-in time. The hotel Breakfast was really good in a nice area on the first floor. There was a pretty good amount of options on the menu (vegetarian) and we felt like we were at cafe nearby. The location is also perfect if you’re a tourist in Cartagena. Stayed here for two and a half days but would definitely stay here again on my next visit.

I would definitely recommend this hotel, the breakfast was good, my room was clean, the pool I loved it, it had a nice view along with the bar was good as well, and the complimentary drink was good. The staff was friendly and the location was great. I was able to walk to the restaurants and the meeting points for my excursions. The clock tower is right around the corner, so it is walkable. Overall I give this stay a 10/10

This is truly one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in across 24 countries. My boyfriend compared it to going on a Disney Cruise because the staff make sure to know your names, what room you are in, and are always checking up on you to make sure you have what you need. Amenities: The pool is incredible and the amazing view provides some amazing pictures. Breakfast: Breakfast is complimentary and is delicious. There is a menu with things like mini waffles (you must try with chocolate drizzle!), avocado toast with fried egg and tomato, and many other options. There is also a buffet which changes daily with a variety of fruits, ham and cheeses, potatoes, sausage, cereal, yogurts, and more. Worth staying here just for the breakfast and the ease that comes with not having to go out searching for food first thing in the morning. Location: Best location you could ask for in the Walled City. It is only a 6 minute walk from the clock tower and there are some incredible restaurants right on the same street as the hotel. Uber's will come pick you up straight at the front door or the hotel will even call you one and they guarantee they will be there within 5 minutes. Staff: The staff as I mentioned were all incredible, but I have to shout out two specific staff members: Pomponio and Luis Alfonso. They were so incredible and always made it a priority to check on us, solve any issues we had, and they both always had a huge smile on their faces.

A/C was not working in room. No rooms available for 2 nights.

Air conditioning didn’t work. Staff was not that welcoming or nice in the dining room. Rooms were dated and small

Room was so nice and spacious with a view of the ocean. Staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is outstanding they have a buffet but also made to order items. They als had two for one margarita and mojitos happy hour. Very central to old town. Only con is laundry was very expensive but they did a great job so worth it.

Nice hotel overall — I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were very welcoming and organized, and it was a nice touch that they recognized me upon arrival (I was the last guest to check in, lol). The hotel has beautiful hallways with stone walls and soft, low lighting that give it a cozy, boutique feel. The rooms are a good size, very clean, and the beds are super comfortable. There are a few minor maintenance items — for example, some of the bathroom (boudoir) doors would catch on the floor and could use a bit of repair — but nothing that impacted the stay in a major way. Breakfast was a highlight, with a nice variety of traditional options along with some Colombian flavors, which I really appreciated. The rooftop pool area is also great for relaxing, although parts of the flooring felt slightly uneven and the pool lining could use an update. Overall, it’s a lovely hotel in a fantastic location — very close to everything in Old Town and Getsemaní. I would definitely stay here again

This hotel is 10000/10. Location was perfect. Getsemani is right out the back door, if going to Rosario islands the port is across the street as well as the walled city and La Torre Del Reloj. The rooftop bar, food and view were excellent. The hotel was clean, cute and had a great breakfast buffet or you could order from a menu at the table. We received exceptional service and care from Luis Alfonso. He assisted us with everything from restaurant recommendations to booking us a taxi at 4 am for our early flight. I cannot say enough great things about Luis or GHL Arsenal. You will not regret staying here. If we were to come back to Cartagena we would stay here again. The concierge also booked us a Rosario island tour of our choice and the boat was big, beautiful and most importantly very safe. Compared to the boats used when booking tours through street vendors or the shops in town. Highly recommend booking with the hotel directly.

The hotel was beautifully kept and very clean. All of the staff were kind and very helpful. All of my needs were anticipated and I enjoyed a great holiday weekend there with all the lovely people. I would definitely stay there again!
