It was very nice overall and one of the biggest rooms we ever had. However the Jacuzzi wasn't working.

Before we checked in, we were told the elevator was not working. We were on the second floor, however, we didn’t mind carrying our one suitcase to the room. Our stay was above average for the night, biggest complaint was the bed was not comfortable, nor were the pillows. The ice machine did not work and had to go to the third floor to get ice. Convenient parking and convenient eateries.

The staff was friendly, attentive and went above and beyond. They allowed me early check-in. The elevators were not working on the property. They provided a free breakfast for the inconvenience. Surrounding area was quiet. Not a lot of noise. Bed was extremely comfortable. Room and bathroom were clean.

One night traveling through. Room just smelled very musty. Happy to have had pillow spray we normally take with us on trips. Otherwise fine. Do not remember this being an issue last time through.

Elevator broken. Doors propped open everywhere. Hotel walls and room need paint.

Terrible shape and just plain dirty.

The room smelled, the chair had stains on it, ac didn't work had to stay on constantly overall not a very pleasant stay.

The first night we stayed we did not have hot water. The next day they let us switch rooms on the same floor. We had hot water that day and night. But our last night there we did not have hot water again when we called about it they stated that “they have been having this issue for months” walking in it was very humid.

The place was well kept and the staff were very friendly!

The hotel is in a really good area and the staff was great but it’s outdated and we found huge roaches in our room. The bartender didn’t know how to make any drinks. It does have thin walls and you can always hear the neighbors which wasn’t a problem for me but we weren’t in our room for 2 minutes and the people next to us had already called and complained we were “too loud” so I switched rooms very quick because my trip wasn’t about to be ruined by some Karen’s.

It’s clean. Nice staffs. But if there’s an area to hang the clothes that would be great.
