The ambiance and room's lightning is not so good.

All of the staff are welcoming and helpful. Big props to Fluke who helped us get a cheaper option of taxi to the airport during rush hour! Rooms are pleasant, clean and comfortable. Though if you're a very sensitive sleeper like me (the slight sound of door being opened can wake you up), you might want to bring earplugs because the toad can get a lil noisy at night. It 's also near to the train station so you have no issue moving around. Overall, really great stay.

Thank you to both beautiful girls who did check-in for me (sorry can’t remember their name) yesterday. Thanks to the team at restaurant who serving a good meals too. Also appreciated for both Nooh and Fah (both receptionist) who really good to handling my process upon check-out. Nice and clean room. And I will return to stay with them again. Cao Cao 🤟

Very good, very good breakfast, very good service.

This hotel is not too suitable for families with children because it is close to bars and night life. Looking for food is difficult because around hotel restaurants are expensive. Looking for a meal can walk to terminal 21 in the food court on the top floor. A minimalist delux room with a queen size bed and a comfortable pillow, the breakfast is pretty good but lacking in variety, the pool is okay for the family. The concierge service helped a lot.

There is limited parking space. And you have to change the elevator from the car park to access the hotel. Which is not convenient.

Things I've never seen in other hotels are smartphone facilities that can be used during our stay, free local calls to Thailand and international calls to some countries as much as possible, plus free internet using the smartphone. So when staying at this hotel, you don't need to buy a temporary simcard anymore.

Stayed for many times, liked the staff, although the room was not very big but clean. In the heart of the city Very convenient The breakfast is varied, suitable to eat, the buffet dinner is good.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. I would like to mention Khun Nitipa from reservation and Khun Natty from front office for helping me through booking and during my stay.

Love it! I am gonna stay here again when I am traveling to Bangkok someday.

Super friendly staff. Great breakfast, I mean it. Many variations and taste delicious. For my two kids were free too. The receptionist Tuck offer me free extra bed for kids as she found out we were with 2 kids. Close to MTR and mall terminal 21. Want to come back. Definitely great hotel for family
