A little disappointed with location. Prefer closer to restaurants etc. But hotel is great with kitchenette.

We stayed in the two bedroom suite suitable for family. Pros - clean room, good service Cons - very poor uncomfortable furniture and only enough seating for twoin the sitting area

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The manager texted ahead of time to confirm our reservation and let us check in early so we didn’t have to travel with our bags for a few hours. Excellent experience!

All the staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to be helpful throughout my stay. From check-in to check-out, everyone was welcoming, attentive, and eager to assist with anything I needed. Their warm hospitality truly made a difference and added a personal touch to the overall experience.

Clean and spacious, excellent breakfast.

Nasty & uncomfortable.

Property was good & staff where very friendly & helpful. Only item of issue was that it was a little noisy (near road & airport) & it took for ever to get hot water in the room.

Great breakfast and our room was set up perfect for our sleeping situation.

Very nice place. Only complaint I have was the beds in the double room. They are very small for adults. They need to be upgraded to queens because double beds are ridiculous when your traveling with a family.

Stayed 5 days at the Hyatt House. Had a double king room with full kitchen. The space and cleanliness of the rooms were very nice as well as the amentities. Staff was friendly. Having a laundry facility was nice, one suggestion though would be sell a free and clear pod instead of tide or have a couple of options for people allergic to tide. It would also be nice to have a wine opener and pizza cutter in the kitchen. Breakfast had nice options and I enjoyed the tea options. Unfortunately during our stay the room next to us flooded and we had noisy fans outside our rooms. However, the fireman and staff were nice and we didnt have any water filter into our room with their quick response. I would stay here again, overall a pleasant stay in Minot.
