Absolutely amazing

The best hotel in Belek for sure. The staff are amazing the service is exceptional and Dinara is the most wonderful person I have come across hence the reason I always keep going back to this hotel

Pros: almost everything. Great food selection, beautiful beach (with awesome shuttle/boat services), plenty of kids facilities, awesome water park with many many slides, amazing scenery, beautiful rooms, great and nice staff, the steam and ice rooms were just amazing, etc. Cons: the game room (whatever they called it) had a decent selection of games especially for kids but when the demand was low (I.e. Morning, they'd randomly shut off games and would say they're broken only to be turned back on in a couple of hours), the game room was also in big need for some repairs and looked outright disgusting and prison-y around the kids music cars (not sure what they're called), the hairdryer was the hardest hairdryer to use amongst all (I mean all) hotels/resorts that I've been at and was stuck in a drawer (wth). Also be aware to not being taken advantage of the taxi service that the hotel calls (although not directly hotel's fault, I'd expect more supervision by the hotel), when called they sent us 2 taxis and when advised that we needed one were treated disrespectfully by the taxi drivers.

Family hotel! Huge area . Testy food and lots of drinks. Beach Is far, that’s the only inconvenience, there is car and boat taking ppl to the beach though

Fantastic hotel, massive, lively, lots to explore, great options for kids, awesome food, great shows, very clean, beautiful landscapes. There are some areas that require a bit of work including pre check-in communication and email responsiveness, communication with staff sometimes is hard as most don't understand English which needs to be improved for an international 5-star hotel. The food however very fresh and tasty can become a bit repetitive after a few days and might need some rotation of the options.

This is not my first stay at the titanic. Unfortunately, i came during winter with both stays so I didn’t get the chance to try everything at the resort. But mainly the hotel is great, and the food was excellent but i preferred my visit before covid because there was a lot more varieties of food. The staff is so friendly and professional. They had very clean and neat rooms Will definitely come again with my children during summer to explore all their facilities

Well if it wasn't for the guest host Derya it wouldn't have been great but she hosted informed toured & made it her duty to oversee my stay was excellent WELL done if she is there again i would stay but if not then i will not. She needs to be cloned then that would be one of the world's great vacation hotel once again a big thank you to the guest host (Derya) Five star

food options is not available if you arrive at 13:40 for lunch you have only some grilled stuff always same buffet

Spacious hotel with a huge pool. Great for children. Staff is patient and friendly.
