Location is excellent, quiet, breakfast is superb and staff is very friendly

The hotel is in a great location, staff are friendly and value is great if you want a short stay and don’t plan on staying in the hotel room for much of your time. If, however, you want a bit more comfort, this is not the place. While the room is of a good standard, it is tiny - the bed is quite hard and anyone over 6ft will find it’s too short. The toilet/shower is only separated from the room by a frosted glass door which makes privacy a bit of an issue. The air conditioning is a bit temperamental - we turned ours on and set it to 23 and the room was freezing by the morning.

The hotel was close to the Atocha Train Station. The room was comfortable and the breakfast good. The bathroom door was see-through, which was a bit weird.

The staff was very friendly and the room was comfortable. I enjoyed the breakfast served daily and the hotel was located close to the plaza mayor.

Everything about the hotel was wonderful. Each interaction with each desk attendant was pleasant and helpful. They’re service via WhatsApp was beneficial. Breakfast was great and when we left early on our last day they prepared a to go bagged breakfast. Excellent location. Would stay here again.

While the rooms are small, this is not a bad thing. We only wanted one night while we waited for a connecting train. Otherwise, the staff was outstanding! Both the evening and morning desk worker were very helpful and friendly! The hotel was very clean and room had all you need: comfy bed, big towels, soap, hot water.

I love the small room concept. I was in Madrid for one night as an individual. I needed an affordable, small, amenitized, and clean room to relax/sleep after sightseeing It was perfect. It was also very close to the train station and a close shuttle bus to the airport. Perfect

Closeness to Atocha. Clean and comfortable. I arrived very late at night and I was able to grab a bite to eat at the check in counter. They also offered complementary drinks if you check in on line.
