Clean, spacious room. Modern facilities and welcoming team at reception

A lovely hotel. Nice and clean rooms.Frienfly and helpful staff. Most of staff speak English, which is great if you don't speak much French. Breakfast choices are good, a good variety of/continental breakfast type. The hotel is not far from the centre. About 5 mins by bus( L5). A bus stop is on other side of road( behind a bridge), 5 mins walk from the hotel, only £2 a ride, get tickets ftom a bus driver. Lille is a beautiful city with beautiful buildings, restaurants and cafes. There is a lot to explore!

Wonderful staff and very family friendly hotel. The beds were super comfortable and while the room smell was quite stuffy, we were still really happy due to how nice the staff were. Would recommend for families passing by. We didn't have a chance to try the bar or restaurant, but would happily swing by next time.

Staff were friendly. Parking was available with no extra charge. Walking distance to the city centre. I really enjoyed my stay here. It was really comfortable.

The staff were friendly but the hotel lobby had a weird smell. My room was clean, except the floor wasn't vacuumed well. Also, there was no air conditioning and opening the window wasn't fun because it faced a noisyfreeway

Room absolutely STUNK of sewage ... had to have windows wide open all night for the smell not to be so bad. No idea where it was coming from. Maybe the aircon. Still feel sick thinking about it. Apart from that the room looked tidy and clean. Wouldnt stay here again.

A hotel that is located 15 minutes walking from main train station it is situated in a very nice well looked after Area and the hotel is good the service is great and the staff are very pleasant.

Convenient for the station and the city. Nice room with huge comfortable bed and good shower. Good breakfast in pleasant space. Very reasonable.

This is our second stay at this hotel and we weren’t disappointed. Upon our arrival the receptionist was very friendly and welcoming, our rooms were clean and bathroom, spotless. The walk into Lille is about ten minutes and the free parking at the hotel is very convenient. The breakfast is varied and last time we stayed we enjoyed a very relaxing evening meal in the hotel restaurant.

A great stay within walking distance of the centre of Lille. Clean, comfortable, very good breakfast selection and friendly staff, free parking too.

A little walk to our of town, not excessive - about 15mins. Difficult to park in centre so easier to pay the 13€ and walk/bike

Not a bad hotel. But what pissed me off is they have control over the air conditioning at the desk. So they would turn it off when they felt necessary to turn it off. I would wake up in the middle of the night hot. So I would turn it back on, and they would shut it back off. This is why I took away two stars.

La chambre etait acceptable mais pas tres propre. Et il ya des travaux a coté de l hotel.

Lovely hotel spotlessly clean, kettle in room and very eco. Cant fault it for quality The hotel did not include breakfast and they tried to charge me £52 tax instead of €5. The staff were young and a bit rude about it and perhaps their lack of english and not understanding I did not want breakfast but it got sorted out, as I had my reciept from hotels com.bI must say the chamber maid ataff where lovely and polite as were the staff in evening. I would definately stay with this hotel again.

Great stay and would recommend if visiting Lille. Only a 15 minute stroll into the centre. Lots of transport hubs around which makes it easy. Room was clean and had kettle etc. Parking on site for a fee but was safe and secure.
