We had a wonderful stay at Gloria Manor. It is a 5 star view and service. The staff was extremely kind, helpful, and responsive. They clearly prioritize customer service. We loved being the little bit away from the busy beach area perched up in the mountains with glorious views. It is worth ensuring you book an ocean view room! Beverages, tea, and snacks were stocked daily, and the little touches like a reusable glass water bottle with filling stations as higher quality slippers were a convenient touch. We were without a vehicle and felt no inconvenience at all. The hotel shuttle runs as often as you need it and will get you to the most frequented spots any time (park entrance, beach, night market). Breakfast was exceptional and the pool area was lovely - huge, super clean, well-maintained, quiet, and has all the little extras you need. Our only wish was that the restaurant had more light snacks or meals at a more reasonable cost. We ended up feeling a bit forced to go down to the main street for lunch and dinner, a street with limited hours and options, even though we would have preferred to have remained at the hotel at times. Overall, we loved our stay, were sorry to have to leave, and will certainly plan to return one day. Ignore any negative reviews. I have a fairly high bar when it comes to hotels, particularly around cleanliness and decor, and it was easily met.

Stay few nights with the family. Overall a nice stay. We will be back, hopefully with a better weather this time. Staff is very nice, room are clean and comfortable.

A great resort with wonderful service and food. The well designed rooms are dated but still charming and comfortable. The only warning is that this hotel is very kid-friendly. If you are looking for peaceful and quiet getaway, this hotel is not for you.

The location is very convenient because it is within Kenting National Park. Short drives get you to great hiking and star-gazing. You’re still close to beach as well.

I enjoyed my stay all the way until the end of my trip, when the staff rushed me at my checkout and caused me to drop my phone and break it. It was an unfortunate end of the entire trip. I would suggest their staff members to relax a bit when dealing with hotel guests and not get too eager or rushed, as it kills the relaxing mood.

Excellent staff, beautiful room and ground. Food was delicious and high quality. Very child friendly -outstanding play/toy room for small kids! Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay here. We stayed at Deluxe Room, and the room is very nice. It's a great hotel for couples to spend quality time together. Dinner was good but it would be great if there would be more choices for breakfast. Overall very nice place to stay and would definitely come back!

Nice design hotel with beautiful view, great spot for breakfast. The hotel staffs seem not trained well to match the hotel (not very organized and professional). It takes sometime to reach hotel staffs by phone, cleaning staffs are pushing giant orange trolley and using guest elevator during the day time. Still a lovely hotel to be recommended!

This hotel, tucked away in the National Park of Kenting, is an absolute gem. The ocean-facing rooms are worth the extra money, as you get to wake up and enjoy a breathtaking view. Breakfast is also good, along with the activities the hotel provides.

A great stay experience, the service staff is very good, the hotel facilities are perfect, and I will stay next time.

The BEST place to stay in Kenting (and possibly within southern Taiwan). The resort is a little sanctuary, a peaceful oasis away from the busy Kenting night market. The hotel has beautiful and equipped rooms, a nice 25m swimming pool, and surrounded by nature. The spa and therapy rooms in the resort are also really beautiful with professional aroma therapists in house. If you like a peaceful and quiet stay away from the busy main street, this is your best choice. You will need a car to be able to get around easily. If you want to be close to the busy main street and beach, then it's more suitable to stay in a hotel that is near the main street.

This is my 2nd stay at this property and there will be a 3rd coming up soon. The hardware is showing some signs of wear comparing to my first stay in 2017. However that does not diminish from the unbeatable location, warm & genuine service and just a overall laid back charm that this place oozes. My only regret is that I couldn’t stay another night.
