I was treated like a king by the entire staff team. Breakfast was of exceptional quality with a wide variety of options. Enjoy my time having 蘿蔔糕 overseeing the hotel garden and swimming pool. Kudos to front desk and transportation team who always help me with questions and bookings. Appreciate John from the front desk fix my suitcase defective parts and Simione handle bookings for me , and so many more people I did not get chance to know their names. Hope to see you again !

Clean, friendly staff

Staff were exceptionally nice and the restaurant was great. They take pride in what they do and it shows.

Such a unique and exclusive experience. You get the best of both worlds: luxury up in the national park, and a short drive away the hustle and bustle of the night market. Great beaches nearby, but the hotel pool is hard to beat to end the day with the view of the sunset.

Lovely hotel, very comfortable room, great views (I highly recommend ocean view room!), delicious breakfast.

Staff were fantastic and made the trip. Unfortunately the typhoon hit as we got in, they did offer to cancel the stay on the day but we were nearly there, and they made every effort to make the trip enjoyable despite limitations from the weather. Only qualms are that the food in the restaurant could be better for vegetarians but the kitchen staff accomodated changes as requested.

We had a wonderful stay at Gloria Manor. It is a 5 star view and service. The staff was extremely kind, helpful, and responsive. They clearly prioritize customer service. We loved being the little bit away from the busy beach area perched up in the mountains with glorious views. It is worth ensuring you book an ocean view room! Beverages, tea, and snacks were stocked daily, and the little touches like a reusable glass water bottle with filling stations as higher quality slippers were a convenient touch. We were without a vehicle and felt no inconvenience at all. The hotel shuttle runs as often as you need it and will get you to the most frequented spots any time (park entrance, beach, night market). Breakfast was exceptional and the pool area was lovely - huge, super clean, well-maintained, quiet, and has all the little extras you need. Our only wish was that the restaurant had more light snacks or meals at a more reasonable cost. We ended up feeling a bit forced to go down to the main street for lunch and dinner, a street with limited hours and options, even though we would have preferred to have remained at the hotel at times. Overall, we loved our stay, were sorry to have to leave, and will certainly plan to return one day. Ignore any negative reviews. I have a fairly high bar when it comes to hotels, particularly around cleanliness and decor, and it was easily met.

Stay few nights with the family. Overall a nice stay. We will be back, hopefully with a better weather this time. Staff is very nice, room are clean and comfortable.

A great resort with wonderful service and food. The well designed rooms are dated but still charming and comfortable. The only warning is that this hotel is very kid-friendly. If you are looking for peaceful and quiet getaway, this hotel is not for you.

The location is very convenient because it is within Kenting National Park. Short drives get you to great hiking and star-gazing. You’re still close to beach as well.

I enjoyed my stay all the way until the end of my trip, when the staff rushed me at my checkout and caused me to drop my phone and break it. It was an unfortunate end of the entire trip. I would suggest their staff members to relax a bit when dealing with hotel guests and not get too eager or rushed, as it kills the relaxing mood.

Excellent staff, beautiful room and ground. Food was delicious and high quality. Very child friendly -outstanding play/toy room for small kids! Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay here. We stayed at Deluxe Room, and the room is very nice. It's a great hotel for couples to spend quality time together. Dinner was good but it would be great if there would be more choices for breakfast. Overall very nice place to stay and would definitely come back!
