This is a lovely hotel on the river. We had a nice stay and really enjoyed the complimentary drinks and fruit and the delicious breakfast!

It is just an ok hotel. Staff are great but the room quality , food quality and overall ambience is poor

It's a unique building, right on the river Aare, steeped in history. I'll be back!

Excellent hotel and very comfortable with a lovely view. I arrived late after the reception was closed but the call in to unlock the key box was easy. Definitely would stay again.

An interesting renovation of an old building (a hospital?) in a charming part of town, the sound proofing was insufficient and the front desk offers limited hours (but a number to call outside of open hours). Likely at least 50% overpriced for what it offers.

Location near to historic centre of Solothurn was excellent. Checking in on Sunday after lunch means no staff are present, which makes it difficult to rate the check in experience.

Great hotel located on the river in a fanntastic spot overlooking the river. Hotel is inside an old building bit the inside is completely moderm and up to date. Only issue was with the wooden floor in tbe room as it was very very noisy to walk o,!

Free fruits and mini bar. Friendly staff. Only bad experience is pillow is too low. Near to train track and if open window can be quite loud.

This is such a lovely hotel with an amazing view over the Aare river. We had a very nice stay and would happily recommend this to anyone going to Solothurn.

The hotel was booked for me for a surprise weekend away by my husband. The hotel has been tastefully converted, with an attractive mix of old and modern. The look and feel is minimal, and rooms are quite basic, but immaculately clean and with lovely views. The hotel is just metres from the town centre and there are some great bars and restaurants within a minute's walk. Accepting dogs is a plus, and so is the guest fridge on the lower floor with unlimited beer and soft drinks. Would happily stay there again.

If you are looking for somewhere quite to stay with a warm friendly service - this is the place to be! Full of character in modest facilities - the perfect location with lots to do close by....
