I booked the room for my mother so I don't have any pictures. However, my mother praised it a lot. The room was clean and the staff was very enthusiastic in guiding my mother. Next time I will book a room with a sea view and will definitely come back to the resort next time.

This is the second time my family and I have vacationed in Phu Quoc. Because it is the low season, the room rates are cheaper than in the summer, only equal to 2-3 star hotels. I am still satisfied with the amenities corresponding to the amount of money spent. However, I feel that Famiana is no longer the same as the first time I went 4 years ago. The rooms are much older, the service staff is not as enthusiastic as before, the breakfast buffet is no longer rich. Hopefully Famiana will improve and become a great destination for every family when vacationing in beautiful Phu Quoc.

The resort space is spacious and airy, the room decor is beautiful, the staff is dedicated and ready to assist immediately when needed. What I like best is the large and deep swimming pool, which is very enjoyable to swim in. The restaurant serves very delicious breakfast food, especially delicious chicken pho. Even though it was low tourist season when I went and there were not many guests, the kitchen still prepared diverse and complete dishes, changing dishes every day. The only negative point is that the Bungalow room uses all yellow lights, making it feel like there is a lack of light. However, I still like Famiana very much, will definitely be the priority choice for the next trip to Phu Quoc.

Phòng rộng rãi, không ngờ khi đặt trên app phòng lại ưng ý. Giá của deal lại rẻ hơn bình thường, giá của 1 sao nhưng phục vụ đúng 4 sao.

15 minutes to the airport, walk a few steps to the free bus stop of Vin. I live in the Green villa zone, so going to the resort's beach area is a bit inconvenient (but there is a tram); Breakfast in my area has very few dishes, but the swimming pool next to my area is bigger and more beautiful than the sea. In general, the room price is reasonable with the quality. a bit too many mosquitoes hope the hotel improves

Phòng nhân viên dọn thay đồ hành ngày, ăn sáng ok, cảnh đẹp, nhân viên vui vẻ thoải mái. Hài lòng với dịch vụ khách sạn. Sẽ quay lại nếu có dịp😍😍😍

phòng weview dưới biển thì đẹp còn weview núi thì phải di chuyển ra đường lớn và xuống khu biển khá xa ( 150m ) không hỗ trợ xe rước khi muốn di chuyển. khi đặt phòng trên app đã khai báo có 1 trẻ em và cũng lh trực tiếp với khách sạn trao đổi là có tr. em có phải thêm phụ phí gì không thì bên khách sạn bảo không. chỉ thanh toán giá cuối cùng trên app. nhưng khi nhận phòng thì nhân viên bắt thu phí trẻ em vi khách sạn qui định. khi nhận phòng mình nhận hơi trễ đèn phòng không sáng lắm nên không thấy bụi nhưng khi vào thì bàn bụi và vết bột caffe hoà tàn vẫn còn bám trên bàn dơ, gối nằm cũng có bụi, bồn tắm cũng không được lau chùi còn bám dơ, hồ bơi đẹp mà dơ rêu bám dưới hồ và rác nhiều không tắm đc. chi tiết và hình ảnh trên app và thực tế khác hoàn toàn. buồn

Resort rất tuyệt, không gian sạch sẽ, sát bờ biển nên rất mát, có bể bơi riêng to và sạch, nhân viên nhiệt tình thân thiện, rất thích hợp nghỉ dưỡng. mình đi vào thời điểm này thì thấy biển rất nhiều rác không tắm được.

Our stay at Famiana was one of the best stays on Phu Quoc island. This resort is beautiful and well located on the beachfront as well as many restaurant and small shops nearby. There are many many activities and facilities in the resort, including a kids play area, swimming pool, gym, yoga, archery, tennis. The room was very spacious and neat. The bed was the most comfortable bed ever! Thoroughly enjoyed it.

Chúng tôi đi 3 người nhưng rất tiếc resort không có phòng gia đình mà kê thêm 1 tấm nệm ở dưới sàn nên không được thoải mái cho lắm. Khung cảnh tạm được, không đặc sắc lắm. Phong cách phục vụ tốt, nhân viên lễ phép, lịch sự. Resort gần điểm đón xe bus miễn phí của Hoàng Long và Vinpearl nên thuận tiện đi Vinwonder và Grand Wonder. Tôi ăn chay và bếp rất vui vẻ nấu riêng món chay cho tôi vì buffet sáng đa số là món mặn. Nghe gia đình nói món bún, phở buổi sáng ngon.

Bungalow khá ổn , dịch vụ tốt, nhân viên khách sạn nhiệt tình , polite, bãi tắm đẹp. Điểm trừ là điều hoà thẳng vào giường dễ gây cảm lạnh, và hơi nhiều muỗi.
