Great location. Most everything is walkable from there. Fantastic rooftop bar and bar on main floor great food, drinks and service. Benjamin did a great job of being our concierge.

I really enjoyed walking every day to ilValentino for coffee. It was incredibly quiet, clean, and service was exceptional.

Our room was not what the pictures showed online... Very disappointing considering what we paid for the room. The AC didn't work the first night which made the room SUPER uncomfortable. One of the shower heads was completely inoperable. The service in the main lounge was just ok but the roof top service was horrible. We actually got up and left after sitting for a solid 15 minutes without a single person even greeting usnand it was absolutely not busy at all..

Very nice, modern hotel in the business district. Very dark halls and room colors. About a mile away from most of Dublin, so if you plan to sightsee by foot, I recommend staying closer to downtown.

Property was pretty. Very clean and nice amenities. Nice spa. Location is not good as you have to walk quite far in a not so good area to get to town unless you walk along the water which seems safe. They need more front desk help as check in and out is quite lengthy. It was very difficult to understand the international staff as well.

The hotel falls short in guest service and hospitality, with a rigid approach that offers little flexibility for standard courtesies like late checkout. The focus appears to be primarily on maximizing revenue through additional charges rather than creating a welcoming atmosphere or memorable stay. The ground-floor bar serves disappointing food at premium prices, resulting in exceptionally poor value. For families, the hotel presents additional challenges with restrictive pool hours for children and a complete absence of indoor play areas, making it an unsuitable choice for those traveling with young guests. Overall, the property lacks the charm and guest-focused approach that would justify its pricing, leaving visitors with an impersonal and overpriced experience.

The hotel itself is stunning, located in the beautiful Docklands area with easy access to the city center. My room was modern, spotless, and very comfortable. The rooftop bar offers incredible views, and the spa and wellness facilities are a true highlight—perfect for relaxing. The food was excellent, especially breakfast, and the overall atmosphere is peaceful yet luxurious. I can’t recommend this hotel enough and would definitely stay here again!

The shower water pressure was very low - heard other guests in the lift complaining about it too. The pillows are way too soft, it’s like non-existent. Breakfast buffet was amazing. The room was very clean & aesthetic!

Overall the hotel was lovely, the room was nice and the spa facilities were really good. My only critique is that we had booked a king bed but were given 2 single beds which was a shame because I was with my husband and nothing was done or suggested to make up for it.

Lovely hotel, rooms clean and spacious. Breakfast was nice, just a shame the roof bar was closed as the weather was glorious.
