I booked family room, room was spacious, the location was very good near everything starting train station, cafes, and convenience store.

I always stay at this hotel if I travel with more than 1 friend

I have one word to describe this hostel, and it is AMAZING!

The location is not too far from Vienna's main station, only about 5 minutes walk.

Dormitory room.

Their services really bad. Only one person in the reception, so all guests were wait for too long. No towel & bed linen in dorm, and must pay extra. WTF.

For the first time and in a lifetime of traveling (me), bed sheets, pillowcases, blanket covers for hotel rooms and pay for and install it yourself (if you want to install it again, pay again)

The location is great! Near to train station, just a five minutes walk away. Quite near to metro station as well, need to walk around 10 minutes. However, the bed is quite stiff, and the breakfast I don’t think it’s worth the money.

Very near to train station just a round 300m. Very basic hotel.

At the beginning it's hard to find the Hotel but overall it was great. Near to Hauptbahnhof, all the staff is nice and friendly, the room is clean and nice.
