A big group of young Ju Jitsu practitioners were in hotel. They were loud, the doors were benging all the time. Also price is vay too high for this very generinc experience

I enjoyed my one week stay at this hotel. The Park Inn Astana is conveniently located near the river and within an easy taxi distance of all the sights in this great city. All of the staff spoke English very well and were friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast. My only quibbles are that there was no gift shop and limited tourist information available, but otherwise everything was terrific.

Few nights in October, quite ok location although the city centre is not in a walking distance. Then again, taxis are cheap.

Spent 6 nights here in August 2015. Everything worked and the hotel is well appointed, nice and modern. Staff were efficient rather than friendly. The service at breakfast could be improved - lost count of the number of times I had to ask for coffee

I like your hotel!

Rooms are fairly small. Lobby too, practically impossible to conduct a brief meeting there. Other than that, for $200 a day it's a pretty good deal

Convenient hotel, friendly Staff

I had a wonderful stay in the hotel. The staff were friendly and the service was very good. If ever there was something that i did not like it was the fact that the gym was a bit of a walk (even if it is within inside the hotel) but in fairness it can be considered as a warm up walk before one starts working out :)

Extremely welcoming reception, the reception clerk paid my cab because I did not have change, how often does that happen?! An excellent case where all the staff are ready to go an extra mile to make you happy! The room was great, the bed was very comforting, the breakfast okay too. We used the conference facilities, also very satisfied. cannot say anything bad about this hotel. will book again!

As a business traveller the Park Inn is well located and has a great restaurant, Segafredo, downstairs. Given the high price of 5 Stars hotels in Astana and considering the real difference between that of the Park Inn versus the few 5 Star Hotels it is good value for money.

The Park Inn provided a very modern, comfortable refuge from the bitter cold in Astana. The two restaurants in the hotel were convenient and very good.

Convenient reasonably priced hotel

While this hotel may not have all the amenities of the Radisson nearby (like free bottled drinking water), it makes up for it with its brand-new and modern feel. Close to the airport and with several surrounding cafes and restaurants (check behind the hotel!)

The service at the hotel is very bad. There is no attendant at the lobby bar. You have to get up every time and go to the reception and inform them. The hotel has a general heating system. and was closed on May 15. I spent the first night in my coat under the duvet. After 3 meetings, they brought me a heater on the second day. mini bar is empty. There could be a much better service for this money.
